Ada had been the first to see the car parked close to the gate of their apartment, then she noticed Lola talking with some guys beside the car. One of them has a hand around her waist. It was then she realized that it was her boyfriend and she pulled Ibukun attention to it.

"Isn't that Demmy, Lola's boyfriend?" Ada asked Ibukun, gesturing with her head.

Immediately, Ibukun looked up from her phone and peered in the direction where Ada was gesturing to.

"That's him. Like what the..." She said surprised. "And who is the handsome dude with him?"

Ada laughed. She knew her friend so well and how she can't keep her comment to herself when she see a handsome guy.

"How will I know? Am I Lola?"

"Let's go say hi. After all, we are going to see Lola in the first place." Ibukun said with a smirk. Ada chuckled and shakes her head at her friend.

They went over to meet them. And Ibukun was the first to express how surprised she was to see Demilade in their community.

"Wow, Bro. Demilade. What a surprise visit!"

"Lola you didn't say you were having guests today," Ada said.

"I'm shocked myself." She answered Ada.

"Why didn't you go inside?" They asked at the same time, staring at Demilade.

"We are fine here. Moreover, I'll be leaving soon." He said with a smile to Lola's friend. "I just wanted to say hi to your friend."

"Aww. That's cute." Ada said and she smiled at Lola.

"Sweetheart, this is my other best friend Adaugo. She stays in the same compound with me." Lola introduced Ada first.

Ada had heard about Demilade and seen pictures of him but she had never seen him in person and Lola could tell she was shocked to see him. Her expression said it all.

"Nice to meet you, Ada. I'm Demilade." He said, taking her hand with his free hand.

She blushed a little when he shook her hands and she smiled glancing at her friends.

"You already meet IB, right?" Lola said to Demilade remembering the first time that Ibukun met Demilade when she came over to the mansion with David.

"I know that I don't have the first good impression on you. But I'm sorry for how I behaved that day. I was just protecting my friend. I hope you understand that?"

"Of course, it's no problem. She already told me about it. And I think that is beautiful of you. It's good to properly meet you."

"Thank you." Ibukun beamed when he stretched his hand and she took it with a grin.

Then she noticed his friend standing beside him, leaning on the car and staring at her and Ada. Ada especially. He have a look on him that she can't pinpoint and her face twitched to a smirk.

"Hi," Ibukun said to him. He peered up at her and his face curled into a smile.

"Hi. How're you?" He said in an accented English that Ibukun found cute.

"I'm good." She replied with a flirtatious smile.

"This is my friend, Reed," Demilade said to the ladies. They said hi to him again and they laughed after he cracked them up with his compliment.

"You're funny," Ada commented, chuckling.

Fareed shrugged with a smile. "Hope you don't mind if I ask what your names are?" Demilade gave him a knowing look but said nothing.
