"I didn't know that you teach me how to drive," Lola said sarcastically to her brother with a roll of her eyes.

"But where is it na?" He asked anxiously. "We still need to cruise."

"Look at you, talking about cruising. Can you drive? I can't even turn a wheel." She chuckled. "I asked Demilade to tell his driver to take it to his house. One because I can't drive. Two because I don't want to bring it here for now. The eyes that I am receiving recently in this area are not small ones."

"Are you not the one that always talks about letting them say whatever they want."

"Yeah! But amebo is getting too much in this area. Ever since Demilade came here, the way people talk to me and look at me is different. What do you expect them to start saying when I drove in an expensive new car that even the chairman of the community doesn't have? You know how they can carry person matter for head in this our area. "

Daniel nodded in support. "That's true, Sis. This street is something else entirely. When we came back from the visit to your boyfriend's house, all those women kept asking unnecessary questions that doesn't concern them. I just try to avoid them. Pokenosers are many in our community."

"You see. That is why I decided to let Demmy take the car to his house. I want to talk to Dad about it properly and then talk about us moving to another place. I'm already tired of this place."

"That's true. We've spent almost twelve years in this house. But you know daddy business is just beginning to stable. He is not yet finally settled. You have been the one carrying most of the responsibility. He won't want to talk about new house for now."

"I will still talk to him about it. I think it is time we have a change of environment. I will ask Demilade for some help and he can just add to it."

"Hmm. You know Dad."

"Yes, I do. But leave him to me. I know how to handle him." Lola said confidently. Daniel chuckled and then nodded.

"Fine. Suit yourself. Iyawo Baba Lola." He said laughing. [Wife of Lola's father]

"Leave me and my papa alone. We know how to deal with each other." She waved him off.

Demilade drove into the now familiar streets that still make him wonder how people live in such a very noisy environment with the gallop road. He kept driving further into the street well aware of the attention and eyes that was on his car as he drove by. He was used to it so it doesn't seem surprising. When he finally got to his destination, he parked the car properly and turned off the ignition. Then he bought out his phone from his pocket and he dialed a number. It didn't take long for the receiver to answer the call.

"Hi, love. Are you home?" He asked. "... Alright, I'm outside your compound." He laughed. "... Are you coming or not?" Another chuckles. "I'll be waiting."

Then he ended the call, smiled at himself and he put his phone down.

He turned around to face the guy sitting beside him. He was busy laughing at something he was watching on his iPad. He had been oblivious to their environment and he was consumed with what he have been watching on his iPad all through the ride.

"Dude, do you even know we are here?" He asked. He didn't get any reply. Then he pulled the earpiece in his ear and Reed glared at him.

"What is it, Demmy?" He asked angrily.

"What the hell is so funny that you have been busy watching since we left the house?"

"Just let me be." He said taking his earpiece back from Demilade.
