Tauriel, Tilda and Sigrid were calling out for their father and brother, with no avail. They had all made it to the shores safety but were separated from their family.

Tauriel noticed Kili walk up to her, she looked behind him and saw that the rest of the dwarves were getting ready to sail to Erebor.

"Tauriel." He started, nervously. Tauriel smiled at the dark haired archer.

"Kili, come on. We're leaving." Fili called out, looking at his brother with a slight frown. Rae looked up from what he was doing.

"They are your people, you must go." Tauriel smiled before turning to leave. However, Kili stopped her.

"I need some quick advice. On love." The tall dwarf looked sincere and genuine. That's what made Tauriel hesitate.

"No, I can't. I don't know anything about love and I have to look for my friend. You saw him leave but he has not returned." Tauriel smiled sadly at the young dwarf, he frowned but nodded. Tauriel turned again but was stopped once more.

"Tauriel. Its Rae- the one I love. But I don't know how to tell him. Yes, we're together but I don't think he knows just how much I love him." Tauriel's eyes widened a bit, looking at him. Kili only smiled, meekly in response.

"Just tell him, straight up. Walk up to him and tell him how you feel." Tauriel spoke after a short pause. Kili gave her a bright smile.

"Thank you." Kili grinned. Tauriel went to respond but felt a familiar presence behind her.

"Hîr nín, Legolas." (My Lord, Legolas) Tauriel spoke, not even having to turn around. Legolas had a frown upon his face.

"Maewado i Naug! Boe i nadh egeno." (Take your leave of the Dwarf. You are needed elsewhere.) Legolas replied, his frown moving to the dwarf, who returned the look.

Kili and Tauriel looked at each other, a silent goodbye to each other. Kili turned to leave but suddenly stopped, handing her the small stone he had shown her when they had first officially met.

"Keep it, so you remember our friendship." He spoke, softly. Tauriel smiled at her friend as he turned to catch up with his kin.

"Where is Arcturus? I thought he stayed with you." Legolas questioned, looking around for his brown haired friend. Tauriel froze, she had been so focused on her dwarven friend that she had forgotten her elven friend.

"I.. do not know. He was with us, yes. But he had jumped off the boat to save a boy, after I had told them that we could not go back for him. I have not seen him since." Tauriel said, the look of anger that appeared on Legolas' face soon morphed into a concerned one.

"So, what you are telling me that Arcturus is still over there?" Legolas asked, he frowned, looking at the burning town.

"Actually, I am right here." An all too familiar voice interrupted their worries. Legolas turned around so fast that Tauriel was sure she heard a crack.

Arcturus was in fact behind them- however, he was completely soaked, he had a actively bleeding cut on his forehead, just above his brow, his bottom lip was swollen and also bleeding and he had a bruise on his forehead, above the cut. The stab wound in his shoulder had doubled in size as well.

"You look terrible, Mellon Nin." Legolas spoke, softly, he walked up to his friend and embraced him. Arcturus smiled the best he could and hugged the prince back.

"Arcturus? Where is the boy you were saving?" Tauriel asked, looking around for Bain. Arcturus only pointed to Bard, where Tauriel saw all his children surrounding him.
