In the weeks following the sudden break up between Mitchell and Shontelle, Irons has been watching and coaxing Mitchell into entering a dark place within himself. He wants him to use the anger and the heart ache to block out all other emotions and the pain.

"He acts as if though he's training a super human soldier..."

Shontelle has bit her tongue to keep from going to Mitchell and telling him the truth. No. She has to wait for Hades to be caught... And Mitchell and Ilona will be the perfect ones to do it. Shontelle smiles coldly as she thinks of Irons. Oh she so wants to stab a knife through Irons heart but she can't risk making a move & failing. Not to mention that it would also look like she murdered him in cold blood. She chuckles darkly. She'd make sure it was still warm when they found him. Shontelle clenches and un-clenches her fists as she stalks up to Irons office on the top floor. She steps off the elevator and nods once at the woman behind the reception desk. Shontelle strides into the meeting room before taking a seat. Irons, Kingpin, Gideon, and Mitchell are there so she greats them with as much of a monotone voice as possible.

"Gentleman."

"Now that everyone's here, let's get started." She barely hears Irons opening words because she's to focused on the intense pair of blue eyes watching her. An hour later and the meeting comes to a close. In the next forty-eight hours, Hades will be dead.

Fast Forward to after Hade's Death when Ilona finds out the truth about Irons...

"He's made his decision." Irons and Gideon leave but not before Gideon throws a long lasting glance to Mitchell. Mitchell feels as if though his heart being torn apart. Again. He'd already lost Will to a gunship explosion and the woman he loves. He's lost to many friends already. Mitchell doesn't know if he could stand to lose Gideon too! The only difference is that Gideon isn't trying to help him or save him... Mitchell is sure he's going to die and the last thing he will see is another friend, his best friend, walking away from him. Betrayal. That's what this was. Gideon betrayed Ilona and Mitchell because he is so fucking used to being told what to do that he's never had to make his own decisions in years. Mitchell glares at Gideon's retreating form before looking at the MP above him. Suddenly, someone begins to speak into Ilona and Mitchell's head sets. He tells them to get ready. An EMP wave is sent out and the two now Ex-Atlas soldiers take down their guards. They follow the hackers intructions without a choice. When they reach the roof top of the designated building, Mitchell is met with an old friends face.

"Cormack!" Gideon can't help but grin. Cormack greats him with a serious face but a smile hides in his eyes.

"Mitchell. There'll be time for catching up later."

"And an explanation." Ilona says with an angry grunt. Cormack nods once.

"Like I said, later. Right now we need to get out of here."

"Boss!" Cormack tenses and lifts his gun as a gunship hovers in front of them. Gideon and two other Atlas soldiers jump off the ship. Mitchell tries to stay focused. Mitchell's mind wanders as Ilona and Cormack talk to Gideon. When his mind comes back again Gideon is backing away and telling Atlas that there was no sign of them. Ilona and Mitchell step onto the cable car and times seems to fly by.
