Your actions met ur words,
you broke the walls no one could.
The walls falling like cascading dominos,
I thought I was finally understood.
We began a story together,
damn, y did we have to come so far.
The mark you left in my life,
it was a forever blemishing scar.
Let ur intentions guide my thoughts,
lil did I know they were all fake.
Everything fell apart like shattering glass,
freeing u fm doubts was my mistake.
Twisted a knife in my heart,
the words I regretted as u were leaving.
The two pair of eyes staring at each other,
now only a pair are remaining.
