Start of recognition

"Should we get popcorn?" Bucky asked as I bounced on the balls of me feet beside him
"Can we? I've never had any since 1938" I smiled at him excitedly
"I've not had any since 1942" he smiled back
"So popcorn it is" I grinned and continued to bounce

Bucky and I saw the trailer for a replay of Star Trek, and Tony told us it was like a weird version of Star Wars, so that's what we we're going to see

"What can I get you guys?" The cinema lady asked as we stepped up to the till
Bucky elbowed me slightly, with a chuckle I spoke up
"Hi can we get two tickets to Star Trek, and can we also get two medium popcorn combos please?" I asked politely
"Sure thing. Drinks? And Sweet or salted?" She asked kindly
"Mixed, and a sprite please. Buck?" I looked at him
"Same" he nodded awkwardly
"Okay that'll be 20 dollars" she told us
But before I could grab my fancy Stark funded credit car, Bucky had already tapped his on the machine
"I was supposed to get it this time Bucky" I said annoyed
"I'm the guy though, and I'm being generous, you got lunch" he chuckled
"Here you go" the lady handed us our popcorn and drink
"Thanks" I smiled and walked away

Bucky walked with me and I playfully shoved him
"Hey watch my food. Precious cargo" he played covering his popcorn
"Oh no" I laughed and held the door to the screen open for him
He laughed too and walked in, I followed and let the door fall behind

"Do you wanna sit here?" Bucky whispered, as he stopped near the second corner row
I just nodded and followed him in the row.
We were one of the first few people here, so we had no trouble getting into the perfect seats.
Only four seats, so we sat smack in the middle so nobody could sit beside us.
Okay so maybe we both didn't like other people just yet

Happily I put my cup in the holder and held my popcorn on my lap
I took a handful of popcorn and shoved the treat into my mouth, and I melted at the taste. The sweetness and the salty mix an explosion of flavour in my mouth
"So much better than before" I giggled
Bucky copied me and shoved some in his mouth too "Uhuh" he nodded in agreement
He's such a kid when he's with me. Steve told me stories of how Bucky was a pure nerd, and that once he took a girl on a date to a science fair way back when

The screen quickly filled up with people. And nobody noticed the two avengers sitting in the corner, but in their defense, I fight as a hound, and Bucky usually doesn't have a baggy grey hoodie on when he fights
I got comfy as the film began to play, my head leaning on Buckys shoulder as I munched on the popcorn.

"THAT WAS SO PREDICTABLE SPOK COME ON!" Bucky jumped up when his mother died
"Bucky! Bucky sit down" I laughed grabbing his arm and tugging him back to me
"He should've seen that. He should've held her tight" he grumbled
I chuckled at him and shoved a handful of popcorn in his face making him laugh and chew moodily

"You're the Winter Soldier" a kid walked over to us
"It's actually White Wolf kid" Bucky smiled at him
"Can I get a selfie please?" The little kid asked
"Sure" Bucky nodded
"Who is you?" A little girl asked me
I knelt down and took her little hand in mine
"My name is Solaris. Do you know the fire dog? That's me" I smiled at her and flashed my red eyes making her grin. I loved kids, I've always had a soft spot
"Is I get a photo too?" She looked at her mother
"Of course. Is that alright?" The woman asked us
"It's not a problem. Would you prefer me as a dog for the kids or?" I asked
"If it's not any trouble..." she smiled shyly
"It's fine don't sweat it" I smiled and turned into my golden size
'Put the little girl on my back Buck' I patted his hip with my nose
