The Only Exception

Chapter 9

Nicole's P.O.V
All I could think about for the past two days was that kiss,I honestly can't get Ashton out of my mind,I thought about nothing else but him. until now,its 7 am and I need to be at school in an hour,school...the place where everyone hates me. I put on a "cute" outfit of black knee high sox,a black short sleeve collared shirt,a Blue and plaid skirt,and a pair of black vans, I did my makeup and hair and tried to make myself look semi-decent grabbed my bracelets and my bag and left the house.

The entire walk all I could do was contemplate what was going to happen in my head,I quickly walked through the doors of the school to my locker refraining from making eye contact,I'm pretty sure nobody noticed me because I didn't hear anything or see anyone starring. Or at least that's what I thought
"Well well well what do we have here?" I hear a devilish voice say
"Leave me alone you ass"
"Woah take it easy there babe,I wouldn't go calling me names that's just rude"
"Then why are you so content with calling me names you jackass" I scream back
"Because they're all true you ugly whore,go fuck some random guy you slut"

"Wow Justin your so fucking mature," I scream so loud I got the entire schools attention "spreading lies about me to the entire school just because I refused to sleep with you.You are the definition of a pompous Asshole. and wanna know what? I'm fucking glad I didn't sleep with your obnoxious ass anyways,go fuck up somebody else's life you dick" I slam my door shut and head straight to English
"Whatever runaway slut" Justin yells back

I finally reached my English class,but I couldn't find Ashton. He was the only reason I came here.

About 20 minutes into the period Ashton showed up but he had a cut on his lip and looked like he had been in a fight or something. he slowly walked to the desk beside mine and sat down.
"What the fuck happend?" I ask while grabbing his face to check out his lip
"Let's just say,the next time anyone wants to fuck with you,they've gotta go through me"
"You didn't" I gasp "you heard the conversation?"
"Of course I heard it Nicole the whole fucking school heard it."
"Shit"
"Why is he doing this to you?"
"Uhm-well I-uhm" I mutter
"It's fine you don't have to tell me"
"No I want to" I give him a slight grin "Justin and I used to date about a year ago,and we were pretty serious,it was our six month so we both assumed "it" was going to happen so we kind of had dinner and everything and went to a hotel room but we didn't get very far before I told him I wasn't ready,and he dropped me right then and there,he Doesn't want people to know what's happened because it'd give him a bad reputation I guess"
"Are you fucking serious? This guy is ruining your life because you wouldn't have sex with him"
"I guess yah,but Ashton what happened?like are you okay?"
"I'm fine it's just a couple scrapes,your worth it"
