“MAI-SAN PLEASE STOP SAYING THAT YOU'RE MY GIRLFRIEND.”
Y/n sighed as he pinched the bridge of his nose, he managed to sit upright with the help of Mikey who gave him a soft smile while sitting on the chair beside his bed
“Why? It's funny..” Mai said as she crossed her legs while smirking at Y/n
“You're 23 I'm 16, it's weird plus you're not my type.” Y/n said while clenching and unclenching his fist since its still a bit numb
“Haha now that's a funny joke.” Mai sarcastically laughed as she rolled her eyes
Mikey just sat there feeling quite out of place since he's just watching the two argue and knowing nothing about what the hell they're arguing about
“Why are you here anyways?” Y/n asked
“You're brother Akiyoshi couldn't come and sent me instead, hes busy dealing with the 'Business' we're working on.” Mai said putting emphasis in the word Business while pulling out her stack of cigarette
“You can't smoke here..” Mikey said
“Rules are meant to be broken, darling.” Mai said as she lights up her cigar and puffs out a smoke before turning to Y/n
“So, are you two dating?” She smirked
“Stop jumping into conclusions you hag.” Y/n said as he rolled his eyes and huffed, fogging up the oxygen mask he's wearing
Mikey bit the insides of his cheeks as he gave Y/n a quick side glance then back at the white sheets he's been fiddling with
“You're such an idiot, I wouldn't be surprised if you end up to be just like you're brother.” Mai said before inhaling her nicotine once again
“Just because he cancelled you're wedding doesn't mean that you get to be so salty about it and attack me.” Y/n rolled his eyes once again and shakes his head in disappointment
“Whatever, I'm leaving.” Mai said as she stood up and straightened up her skirt before leaving the room
Mikey watches her leave the room with a shock and confused expression until a groan catches his attention, he turned around and saw Y/n rubbing his chest while frowning
“Lay down.” Mikey said as he helped Y/n get back down on the bed
The door to their room once again swung opened and this time it was now Mitsuya who's eyes widened at the sight of a now conscious male lying down on the bed staring back at him
“Y/n you're awake!” He yelled as he hurried to his side and without thinking he threw his arms around the male who groaned in return but gave Mitsuya some pats on his back
Mikey felt a wave of unknown pain in his chest as he watch the interaction the two are having, he could feel something bubbling up his stomach and its not butterflies
“Why are you here?” Mikey asked with a hint of distaste
Mitsuya pulled away and looked at Mikey with tears in his eyes, he smiled and wiped them away before bowing for respect
“I'm here because I want to see, Y/n.” Mitsuya said smiling
“Why?” Mikey asked but regretted it afterwards since he didn't think about it properly
“What do you mean why?” Mitsuya asked tilting his head to the side while raising an eyebrow
“Nevermind, I'm getting something to eat.” Mikey said as he stood up from the chair he's sitting on and went towards the door and left
Y/n watched how Mikey left the room without even hesitating, he shakes his head and ignored the feeling of worry bubbling up in his stomach and instead focused his attention to Mitsuya who saved him that night
“Thank you, by the way.” Y/n said smiling soflty at Mitsuya who felt heat crawling up his neck then to his face
“It's fine, I'm glad you're okay now.” Mitsuya said as he sat on the bed beside Y/n and unknowingly held the male's hand
“I was scared, I though you died that time because your body went limp.” Mitsuya said while rubbing his thumb at the back of Y/N's hand
“But I'm alive now, aren't I?” Y/n asked as he stare at Mitsuya who's eyes are beginning to tear up once again
“Stop crying already.” Y/n chuckled as he lifted his other arm up and wiped the tears away from Mitsuya's face with his thumb
The two began to joke around and would sometimes laugh at each others, completely unaware that there's a person standing behind closed door listening to their laugh while tears are pouring out of their eyes
And clutching the image of them two very tightly and close to their chest.
