"so this is why you pick through the trash?" bree asked

"I know this may come as a shock but being a principal isnt as glamous as i make it look. so... i created for myself... a fancy little country club!"

"With trash. That is glamorous " Chase said

"You just lost yourself a caddy job, tiny woods" Perry said taking the golf puck from Chase. "so the tee is right there. I shoot through the life saver, over the speakers, off the bongos, then the tennis racket, over to the vacuum, up to the fan, over the umbrella, into the rain gutter, up the treadmill, through the hole in the painting into the helmet. Back in my glory days I was on the pro circuit. Gotta keep my skills sharp." Perry said bending down to stretch causing bree, adam, chase and y/n to groan in disgust

"Guys getting this painting back is going to be a lot more difficult than i thought" chase whispered to y/n, bree and adam

"why dont we just grab it and run?" adam ask walking towards it before Chase stopped him.

"the woman is holding a metal club and i dont think shes afraid to use it" He said.

"Heads up im more power then accuracy so cover anything you dont want a golf ball to smash" Perry said. The kids hurried and hide behind a wall. Perry hit the ball and it went through the life saver then hit a wall befor smashing her office window. The kids went wide "ahh! ugh! chimp pickels!" The kids came out from behind the wall.

Bree started talking going towards the painting. "You know what will make this course a lot easier? Removing this painting." She started to grab the painting before Perry stopped her.

"Get your hands off my junck! I waded through biohazared waste to get to that."

"look principal Perry this painting is our dad's and adam accidently threw it away, but its really important we get it back" Bree explained

"oh im sorry. I can't give it back. It has sentiemental value"

"You just founded it in a dumpser" Y/n said

"not to me to you" Perry said taking the painting back "Playing through!"

Perry was putting the painting back in the place as Chase turned to y/n, bree, and Adam

"Guys we have got to get that painting back from perry."

"Look i have an idea just follow my lead" Adam said. They walked towards Perry who was getting ready to hit the golf ball. "Principal Perry!"

"ugh! what do you want?"

"look how about if we make this shot, you give us the painting" Adam said.

"Done, but if you miss the shot you four have to cut all the grass in the football feild for the rest of the year..."

"Deal" Chase said unbothered.

"... with these mustache scissors" Perry finished.

"why do you have mustache scissors?" Bree asked

"Why do you ask so many questions" Adam was starting to get ready to hit the ball until Perry stopped him. "Whoa, whoa, whoa. I don't play coed. I'm not a savage. This course is ladies only. Whick means..." She grabbed the puck until she went in front of bree and y/n "...one of them have to take the putt" Y/n and Bree went wide eye "but whick is willing to do it."

"you do know how to play golf right?" Perry asked
