𝗛𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗰𝘆 ✦ 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀

"Haha, sure!" she exclaimed before grabbing the door and ripping it off, "Out you go!

"Oh my Archons, she is terrifying-" Thoma said, voice caught between a wheeze and a whisper.

"She sure is." Aether agreed though his voice didn't quite match his tone.

The process was long and y/n got impatient enough to where she left to go duel some Ashigaru. Eventually, the travel permit was given to Aether and it was time for y/n, Aether and Paimon to leave Ritou.

Thoma left before them, telling the trio to meet him at a place called Komore Teahouse.

He more so ran away because y/n said she wanted to see if he could beat her in a fight. He clearly didn't want to find out.

"Eh??? But I wanna help fight the Vision Hunt Decree!" y/n protested the grinned at Thoma, "If Aether won't help, I will!"

"Y/n? You're supposed to be my travel companion!" Aether pointed out.

Y/n gave him a bitter look, "Your travel companion, not your pet. Dumbass."

Paimom wheezed as y/n turned back to Thoma with sparkling e/c eyes.

"Before I join your cause, we must fight!" y/n declared, "To see if you really need my help!"

Thoma was about to accept but remembered how easily she broke several people's legs, how she dropped a ball of ice on the Ashigaru and how she electrocuted both herself and the Kanjou Commissioner only to act perfectly fine afterwards.

"M-Maybe another time..." Thoma said with a nervous smile, backing away, "When you guys leave Ritou, please meet me at Komore Teahouse!"

"Hm? But we've gotta fight, Slime!" y/n protested as Thoma turned and dipped out of there, "Why are you running!?"

"Sorry, maybe another time, bye-byeee!"

The trip towards Inazuma city was surprisingly peaceful. If Aether was being honest, it felt like a date. Ufufu.

Y/n kept his hand held securely in hers as they both admired their surroundings.

Paimon kept her distance, sneakily snapping pictures of the two idiots who had no idea just how adorable they looked together.

Y/n didn't attack anything, only waved to to people passing by, greeted hilichurls, quickly shoved slimes in her mouth and ate them in under thirty seconds. She even stopped to pet the many foxes they found along the way.

"Haha! Mosi mita! It's so cute!" y/n laughed as the foxes gathered around her, curiously sniffing her and nuzzling her in attempts to get pats and belly rubs.

Aether watched with an affectionate smile as y/n shared her love with the friendly foxes, "They really seem to like you."

"Of course they do! I'm nice!" y/n exclaimed before rubbing one of the foxes' face, "Aww, what a cutie! You're such a good fox! Yes you are! Yes you are~!"

Aether never thought he'd be jealous of a fox of all things. Simp behavior.

The peace was short-lived.

Y/n almost bitch slapped the lady outside the Teahouse after she referred to them as the general public. The only reason she didn't was because Aether held her back.

It was when Aether gave her the invitation letter, which y/n didn't know he had, that they were allowed to go in.

"SLIMEEEE, WE HAVE ARRIVED!" y/n announced upon entering the building before stopping with a loud gasp.

She hid behind Aether with wide e/c eyes, gripping his shoulders.

"Hm? Y/n?" Paimon inquired.

"Aether! Paimon!" y/n whisper-shouted, eyes sparkling, "It's a dog! A cute dog!"

There was indeed a shiba inu sitting on the counter, looking as chill as ever.

Aether knew y/n liked fluffy animals that didn't try to kill her so he kept a lot of cats and dogs in the teapot. He kept wild boar too so she could chase them around.

Seeing her act like this around a dog wasn't unusual but it was adorable.

"Do you want to pet it?" Aether asked y/n who loked at him with round eyes.

She nodded before walking forward and giving the dog some headpats, even scratching it behind the ears.

"Well, now that we're here, where's Thoma?" Paimon asked before sighing, "Paimon doesn't see him anywhere, do you think he forgot to meet us here?"

As y/n was squishing the dog's face, Thoma's voice suddenly spoke up, "You thought I forgot? I was convinced you forgot about me!"

Y/n looked around, "Hm? Slime?"

"Could you stop squishing my face, y/n? It's quite uncomfortable, you know."

"But I'm not-" y/n paused to stare at the dog before jumping back several feet, "WHAT THE FUUUUUUUUUUUUU-"

Aether shoved a hash brown in y/n's mouth to shut her up before she could finish.

"Is the dog talking!?" Paimon cried.

"Haha, no need to be so frightened! I believe this is the first time you've seen me in the form?" Thoma continued as y/n practically inhaled the hashbrown before walking forward and around the corner.

"So... you're a dog." Aether said, a doubtful expression on his face.

"Did you not see anything like this in Liyue Harbor?" Thoma asked before he cut off with a shriek, "OW-"

It was a second before y/n popped into view again dragging Thoma by his leg, "Haha! Found him!"

"Of course y/n would be the first to figure it out." Paimon chuckled.

"Nyeheh! Sing your praises my dear followers! Show your thanks to the Conqueror of Nations and Crusher of bones!" y/n exclaimed as she let go of Thoma's leg to go back to petting the doggo who barked at her, "See? This good boy gets it!"

Paimon crossed her arms, smirking at Thoma, "Well? Got something to say?"

"...no, not really."

(Yoimiya stole my pity and now I'll have to whale for Baal, dang it-)

(I'm going to tie this woman to a Perpetual Mechanical Array and send her behind all the way to space-)
