The doors were destroyed when the Saint charged in. It’s quite
responsible of the Light Faction that I lodged the complaint
yesterday and they responded swiftly today.

   However…

“I’m wary, this response is so fast…”

“Marshall, let me speak frankly to you,” Jade said, “when it
comes to the study of a high-ranking Dark Faction officer, you
cannot tolerate the doors being plywood forever.”

As Jade had said, I’m currently using plywood partitions to
cover the doorway. Well, I don’t mind things as they are… but
the draft and the noise from the hallway bothered me a bit when
   I took my nap.

   Gogogogogogogogo………

See, even now, you can hear the sound of the ground rumbling
   from the hall…

   … Hmm?

The sound of the ground rumbling?

Why is that coming from the corridor…?

   Bakih…!

   “Hel-lo! The carpenters are here!”

   “Uwaah?!” I yelled.

The plywood partitions were kicked down, the Saint of Light
   appeared.

For now, I try to calm my heart rate and breathing… why is the
   Saint’s face red?

“Geeze, Marshall!” the Saint said. “I think it’s so cute you’re
so excited to see me that you have to put a hand to your
   chest!”

“No, I’m scared because you suddenly kicked down the door…” I
   replied.

“It’s alright! I’m excited, too, there’s no need to be shy!”
the Saint said cheerfully, completely ignoring me.

No matter what I say to this girl, I’m sure it’s useless…

“Saint of Light, don’t flirt around till after work.”

While I was dismayed, a young man with red hair dressed in
workman’s clothes appeared where the doors were. This guy has
   to be…

“The martial artist, Pomegranate…?” I asked.

“Yep! That’s me!” Pomegranate smiled cheerfully with his teeth
showing. “You know your stuff, Ms. Darkness!”

I know nothing about him personally but as Mika had 100% the
game and we talked about it for hours, so I couldn’t help but
   learn second-hand. However, I’m a little worried…

“Why are you wearing monk’s work clothes?” I asked.

“Wahahahaha!” Pomegranate roars. “I didn’t think you’d sweat
   the small stuff, Ms. Darkness!”
He’s got a point, you decide what clothes you wear, but I
didn’t think Pomegranate would wear monk’s work clothes…

“I’m a martial artist but I also work as a carpenter!”
Pomegranate said, smiling. “I wear this outfit while
   woodworking!”

To be fair, if I lived as a resident of this world, I could see
parts that weren’t shown in the game.

While I was deeply moved, the Saint proudly said,
“Pomegranate’s carpentry skills are the best in the royal
capital! That’s why I asked him to make new doors overnight!”
