I lift my head and look at the sky. I have never seen anything so beautiful. A deep black is illuminated by small white dots. And in the middle, a round and bright moon. I'm spellbound watching it, I don't notice someone approaching, until they speak to me.

"Chon yu bi laik ? (Who are you?)" A tall woman, light brown, almost blonde hair and with blue eyes similar to mine speaks to me. She has some strange marks on her face. Her gaze is sweet and kind, she doesn't seem to want to hurt me.

"Sorry ma'am, I have not understood." I answer as politely as I can. My parents always said that I should respect adults.

The woman smiles even more and crouches down to my height. "I asked, Who are you?" Her voice is calm, it makes me want to trust her.

"My name is Clarke, Clarke Griffin." I reply in a shy whisper.

The woman seems amused by this. "Hello Clarke, my name is Zarah." She holds out her hand and I grab it, in a strange grip. It's not like in the Ark, she grabs my forearm, which is very small compared to hers. My little hand can't get around it.  "And from wich clan are you, Clarke?"

"Clan?" I asked surprised.

"Don't you have a clan?" Zarah also asked, confused.

"I don't know what that is, I lived in the Ark."

The woman frowns even more, but says nothing. She turns to her guards and says some orders in that strange language. Far out in the crowd, I see a child approaching. He doesn't seem to be much older than me, maybe two or three years. He has the same markings as Zarah, and his hair is long and braided. He looks at me cautiously, like he doesn't trust me. I hug my little bear even more and give him a small smile. He raises his eyebrows at this and then frowns. I raise my little hand and wave to him. His expression is one of even more surprise, but he lifts hers and greets me back.

"I see you've met my nephew." Zarah says, scaring me. She smiles at me and gestures for the boy to come closer. He hesitates for a moment but he does. He stands next to his aunt and watches me. "He is Roan, Roan, this is Clarke." The boy just bows his head and I bow, as if I were a princess. Zarah laughs at this. "So you're a princess."

"Yeah, my daddy said I was a princess." I answered confidently, but my voice breaks at the memory of him. Tears threaten to come out and I lower my head.

"Hey, don't be sad, princess. We are going to take care of you. Right, auntie?" Roan says, trying to calm me down.

Zarah nods. "That's right, we're going to take care of you, Skai Prisa."

I look at her confused. "What does that mean?"

"It means, Sky princess. Because you are a princess who fell from the sky." The woman explains to me amused.

I smiled very big at them. The boy offers me his hand and I take it. He begins to guide me to what I believe is a snowy forest. This will be interesting.

Rays of light wake me up. I scramble and get even more tangled in my bed. I had an extraordinary dream, in which I went down to the ground and met people, a nice woman and a very nice boy who made me laugh so I wouldn't think about my parents until we got to a castle. I smiled big, ready to tell my parents about the beautiful dream I had. I open my eyes and jump out of bed. Soon my grin fades, realizing that it is not my bed. I am alone in a room. Instead of the blankets of the Ark, the bed is filled with furs. Everything is made of wood and the light that woke me up must be of the sun. My little bear fell out of bed while I was sleeping, I took it and threw myself on the skins sobbing loudly.

The doors open at that moment, but I keep crying. Quick steps approach my bed and a strong and comforting hand rests on my shoulder. "Hey, don't cry anymore little one. Everything is fine." It's the woman's voice, Zarah. I lift my head and look at her with teary eyes. She smiles at me and I start to continue crying in her arms. She climbs me onto her lap and cradles me, stroking my hair and rocking us. She hums a lullaby, whispering comforting things. Finally I separate from her and dry my tears. "Listen little one, I know I'm not your mommy and I know you miss her, but I don't know how to take you with them. What I do know is that you will be more than welcome in our clan."

I sniff my nose before asking. "And what clan is this?"

"Azgeda." The woman realizes that I have not understood her. "The Ice Nation." She says now in english. "I am the queen, Roan is a prince, heir to the throne. My sister, his mother, died a few months ago and since he is still small, so I took the throne." She explained to me. "And now we have our princess. You, Skai Prisa."

I grinned, now if I will be a real princess.
