After breakfast, stick to water.

At breakfast, go ahead and drink orange juice. But throughout the rest of the day, focus on water instead of juice or soda. The average American consumes an extra 245 calories a day from soft drinks. That's nearly 90,000 calories a year-or 25 pounds! And research shows that despite the calories, sugary drinks don't trigger a sense of fullness the way that food does.

*this is the most useful one eveeeeer, I was in college, in my first semester, I was living in a dorm, and believe it or not, water do help. Because I'm budgeting my one week allowance, coz my father doesn't give my full allowance. he'll just give it every week. So, I ate less everyday, I only eat 2 times a day, then every night, I'm starving to death. so to make my tummy full I alwaysssss drink water. And I lose lots of weight that time. You can ask my friends or family for a proof.*
