"I can't live without you, Lia. I can't bear to see Astrid's face when she sees you like this, and I'm only gonna blame myself until I die, so just end me. End us." he took Lia's head and positioned his wrist on her lips. "Trust me. You always did, right?"

She nodded, crying as she pushed his wrist down. She kissed him in the lips, biting down on her husband's. Their cheeks sharing the same tears of hopelessness and acceptance. She fought for the last minute of human in her and trailed towards Yuno's neck, and quickly biting down.

"Astrid.." she whispered, hugging the man.

"It's terrifyingly realistic," Astrid wiped her dried tears. "— ghastly." she uttered, turning pale.

A nurse entered the room, looking concerned when she saw Astrid's state. She set aside the tray she was handling, headed to the iv, never letting her eyes fall from her patient. "We sensed quite a lot of movement, but it seems like you've just woken up. Have you had a bad dream, miss?" she spoke, carefully bringing up topics while she injected necessary medication, since Astrid just got out of surgery.

Astrid noticed that her body was still numb, and she was thankful for that, not ready to experience pain again. She cleared her throat, "I guess. I dreamt of my mom dying." she shifted uncomfortably.

The nurse halted for a second, "Oh, I'm assuming it was very realistic. It's ok, miss. You're safe here in the hospital. Sir is also making his recovery, his room is just beside yours. You have to be careful when you visit though, be gentle on yourself and on his lower body. That's where he got major injuries." she cleaned up her tools, smiling slightly. "I'll leave now. You can press this button," pointing towards the said thing, "— if you need help with something."

The girl walked away, gently closing the door.

"What did she just say?" Astrid blinked. "I'm sure she didn't mean it like that, right? Well, it sounded like that, uhm?" she scratched her head in frustration.

"Why are you so flustered? She just said be careful because I have stitches on my legs." A muffled voice said to her.

She looked to her right, leaning against the wall beside her bed. "Jisung?"

"Yeah, you dummy."

——

"You dummy!" Jaemin smacked Donghyuck as soon as he gained consciousness.

The boy groaned, putting his hand on his stomach, where his friend slapped him, rubbing it as if it would soothe the pain. He looked around, taking in the clean city. "Oh shit, are we alive? Is this heaven?" his mouth was agape, hands holding Jaemin's arm, cautious that he might throw another slap at him.

Chenle laughed, "As if you're going to heaven if you die! Get your shit together, you almost killed us." he clicked his tongue and sighed.

"Do you not remember, stupid?" Renjun smiled sarcastically, earning a glare from Jaemin. He shrugged, not meaning any harm to the boy.

"What?" Donghyuck frowned. "How? I didn't do anything! Blame the pilot!" he abruptly stood up, suddenly feeling his head pounding. "Ouch," he hissed.

Jaemin stared at his friend, concerned. They're currently at the side of an empty road, just like the state of the other groups, with nowhere to go. Chenle suggested before that they wander around and maybe find somewhere to stay or a place to eat since they're almost starving to death. Renjun, however, refused as he didn't want them to carry Donghyuck around.

"You really don't remember?" Jaemin softly placed his hands on his friend's shoulder.

"No. I- all I remember is shielding a girl when the plane is falling. Who, Who even is she?" he muttered, slowly getting frustrated when he realized the blank spaces of memories in his head.

Chenle look at Renjun, unable to speak words. "Are you serious? Like, seriously? Don't pretend to have memory loss just because you don't want to take the blame!" he pointed at Donghyuck.

"What did I do!? I'm getting frustrated!" the boy scratched his head aggressively.

"Oh my god." Renjun covered his mouth. "He's not lying Chenle. He really did forget."

"Forget what!?"

Jaemin pushed the man down to sit and rolled his eyes. "What do you remember?" he asked, praying that he won't run out of patience. He observed Donghyuck's body language and indeed, he isn't lying. He has this certain action that he does whenever he's hiding something and it's not showing. "Tell me."

"How the hell am I going to tell you what I remember when I don't know what's forgotten?" Donghyuck breathed out.

"Just fucking tell me!" Jaemin yelled.

"You! I remember you guys! The dreamies, the plan, the treehouse, the plane, the crash."

"What about Astrid?" Renjun widened his eyes, butting in the conversation. He hoped that he remembered them. He really hoped so. He didn't want to explain what happened, and him and Astrid had such great bond.

Donghyuck froze when he heard the name. "Astrid?" he whispered. "I don't know. Who's Astrid?" he looked up, his breath picking up pace.

All of them dropped their shoulders, hopeless as one of their worst nightmares just happened.

..................................................................................

Hi! another update for you guys.

okay, so i know the timeline can be confusing so i'm gonna explain. Jisung and Astrid got into the hospital the morning after Jeno, Rina, Mark and the kids did; so they went later on. This scenario of the rest of the dreamies happened the same time as the resting scenes of the other two groups after the chase.

now, yeonmi. she dropped a hint to jeno about jisung. she was basically telling that they'll meet soon. when she exited the hospital, she went to lia ( astrid's mom ) and that was before she and her husband died. it basically happened when astrid dreamt about it, and the nurse that was tending her was yeonmi. the nurse ( yeonmi ) halted because she knew it was gonna happen soon enough.

so; resting scene, jeno and the rest going to the hospital, the hugging scene of astrid and jisung, ( at dawn ) the fighting scene of astrid's parents, jisung and astrid at the hospital, lia and yuno turning.

i hope that clears up confusion if there's any lol
