Chapter 52: Proposal

A/N: Two chapters left then epilogue.

It's been 2 days since that tragedy. They caught Cullen, thank god. He's not easy to capture since he had a lot of backups but thanks to my mom, together with her friend's teamwork. They caught him, they worked together to catch that bastard and this is a lesson for me that teamwork is important and great help. Working together is a success.

Siyempre hindi din maiiwasan na masugatan habang nasa gitna ka ng patayan. Hindi naman malubha ang ang mga sugat nila pero ang nasugatan talaga ng sobra ay sila Tita Adrienne at Ayumi pero maayos naman na sila. Mahirap ang naging trabaho nila.

May tatlong lalakeng tumutok ng baril sakanila at wala pa silang hawak na mga weapons at tanging tasers lang. Hindi din marunong makipag-laban si Tita Ayumi dahil wala naman siyang alam sa mga ganito pero mabuti nalang at matalino at mabilis mag-isip si Tita Adrienne at nalampasan nila ang tatlong lalake.

Tinulungan din siya ng iba niyang kaibigan para makaligtas sila sa tatlong lalakeng 'yun. Sa lahat ng pinagdaanan nila, they're always there for each other.

Ayaw pang umamin ni Cullen noong una at pilit niya ang sarili niyang h'wag magsalita tungkol kay Efren. That proves how great a friend he is and how loyal he is to him but sadly Efren doesn't see him as a friend but as a wingman who could do his work for him.

Triny naming ipagharap silang dalawa. They kept their mouths shut and didn't say anything but to stare at each other like they're communicating in their minds but then my mom said something that pulled the trigger and caught their attention.

About Becca's parents.

Becca also helped us to make them speak by persuading Cullen to confess since Cullen treats her as his own daughter, he literally treats her well which is a good thing despite being a criminal yet he still tries to be a good father for her. He still cared for her and did everything he could to make her happy.

With that, Cullen confessed. Si Efren daw lahat ang nag-utos sakaniya. Si Cullen ang nag-sunog sa bahay nila, utos daw 'yun ni Efren dahil nagseselos siya sa kapatid niya na maganda ang buhay at masaya kaya binalak niya itong sirain. He only wants Becca alive and we don't know anything about it because he's been silent.

Para sa batang nadamay sa sunog. Siya pala 'yung batang inampon ng mag-asawang Ballesteros. Tinapon lahat ni Cullen ang tungkol sa pag-aampon ng mag-asawa para ipamukha na si Becca ang batang 'yun.

Rest in peace, Aleiya.

Inutusan siya ni Efren na sunugin ang bahay ng mag-asawa at ampunin si Becca just because he feels jealous again. Just like what he did to his other brother. Kapag daw nakalabas si Efren sa kulungan, siya na daw ang mag-aalaga kay Becca. Ayon ang sinabi ni Cullen but then Efren remained quiet and we couldn't do anything about it.

Si Cullen din ang may gawa 'nung trahedya sa hotel dahil gusto ni Efren na sirain ang buhay ng mga Crisostomo, he's so desperate to ruin their lives but he never succeeded because they're not that easy target. Efren didn't said anything as we expected.

Hindi parin siya aamin sa mga kasalanan niya dahil aware na siya sa mga gawain niya. Iyang putanginang lalakeng talaga 'yan.

Efren still keeps denying that Cullen wasn't his friend but his only accomplice to his crimes. That must have hurt Cullen since he knew Efren as his brother and yet tinanggihan siya ngayon ni Efren just to save himself.

That fucker. I don't know if this is right to wish but I hope he dies and rot in hell as he deserves.

Sa lahat ng krimen na nagawa ni Cullen ay napagpasyahan na ang law kung anong magiging parusa niya.
