Xianna woke up with a start. Another dream about fire? She shrugged and glanced at the time, "No! My alarm didn't go off! Shoot shoot shoot dang it!" The clock read 8:13, about fifteen minutes til school starts.
She threw on some striped leggings and a huge black shirt. Ran the brush through her short, blonde and brown hair and just caught her bus last minute.
Her caramel-coloured eyes dodged eye contact with anyone else. Keeping to herself wasn't that hard, she pulled a book out of her bag and started to read intently.

Marrissa walked up to Xianna while she was grabbing her books for this morning's classes, "Hey Pyro, how's was your sleep? Have any nightmares?" sneered Marrissa, "Ugh, what do you want?" asked Xianna, "Nothing." replied Marrissa in a cool tone then she broke out laughing like a hyena, "Where's the nutcase? Did she die?" "Go away." said Xianna quietly "What? I can't hear you, learn to speak up freak or you'll never get by easily." laughed Marrissa "I said, Go Away!" said Xianna more firmly, she pushed past Marrissa and headed towards math.
After class someone thought it would be funny to throw a paper airplane aiming for Xianna's head, she sighed and searched the class for the owner of the little makeshift craft, she noticed Carson and his friends trying not to laugh.
Ugghhhh thought Xianna as she unfolded the airplane, only to be overcome by shock, she brought a hand to her mouth and tried to fight back tears for on the paper was a drawing of a little girl standing next to a burning house.
