Tom arrives to the hospital
Tom:OMG baby are you ok
Y/n:yeah I'm ok babe
You had to stay in the hospital overnight to make sure everything was ok
Jules took a picture of you and Tom holding hands while you sleep on the bed and he is sleeping on a chair you can pull out
The morning comes and you wake up

You and Tom go home Tom opens the door to the bedroom and sees a little box with baby things and a shirt that says "hello daddy"
He was confused at first then turns to you
Y/n:SURPRISE
Tom:OMG IM GONNA BE A DAD
Y/n:A great dad
Tom picks you up and spins you around he puts you down holding you by your waist and kisses you
Tom:I love you
Y/n:I love you more
You guys chill and watch movies
You guys then take a nap while cuddling
