Chapter 62

Sidneet were simply talking while lying down, and were too busy laughing to notice Vaish and Arhaan. They both fake coughed, making Sidneet realise they are there, and they sat properly. 

Avu: Aap dono yaha? { You both here?}

Arhaan: Woh mujhe sorry bolna tha recording ke liye. Galti se send kardi thi. { I wanted to say sorry for the recording. I had sent it by mistake.}

Avu: Koyi baat nahi. { Its ok.}

Arhaan: Sid tera boyfriend hai kya? { Is Sid your boyfriend?}

Avu: Nahi. Tujhe aisa kyu lagta hai? { No. Why do you think so?}

Arhaan: Tu aur Sid sabse close ho, aur woh love bite tha isliye. { You and Sid are the most close ones, and that love bite.}

Avu: Hum close hai isliye hum best friends hai, aur yeh mujhe Sid ne nahi diya hai. { We are close that's why we are best friends, and Sid didn't give me this.}

Vaish: Avu, tera koi aur boyfriend hai? { Avu, some other person is your boyfriend?}

Sid: Woh...

He stopped when he saw Abhi standing behind, he and Avu were talking with their eyes, Avu blinked and Sid understood and smiled. 

Avu: Chalo. { Come.}

They both started going, but stopped noticing Vaish and Arhaan still there. 

Sid: Aap dono ko hi bola hai chalne ko. { She said you both only to come.}

Arnavi: Oh. 

They all went to the hall, everyone else were already there. 

Jai: Yaha kyu bulaya hai sabko? { Why have you called everyone here?}

Abhineet: Hume kuch batana tha. { We had to say something.}

Sid went towards Vaish. 

Sid: Jaan, tu Faisu ke baju mein baith ja na, mujhe Vaishu ke paas baithna hai. { Jaan, sit next to Faisu no, I want to sit with Vaish.}

Jaan went and sat beside Faisu, and Sid sat beside Vaish.

Fais: Kya batana hai? { What did you want to say?}

Abhi: Tum sab bolte rehte ho na, ki lagta hi nahi hai ki mera aur Avi ka breakup hua hai kyunki hum abhi bhi close hai? { You all keep saying right that it looks like me and Avu never broke up?}

Avu: Woh isliye kyunki humara kabhi breakup hua hi nahi th... { That's because we never broke u...}

She was cut off by the gasps. All were shocked, specially Vaish and Arhaan. Arhaan was looking angry, and Vaish was about to get up but Sid held her hand, pulling her down. 

Vaish: Kya kar raha hai Sid? { What are you doing Sid?}

Sid: Uski puri baat toh sunlo sab. { At least listen the whole sentence.}

Abhi: Sid ko bata diya tune? { You said Sid everything?}

Avu: Nahi. Us chalak bandar se kuch bhi chupana mushkil hai. Anyways, mai bol rahi thi, kyunki hum kabhi date hi nahi kar rahe the. In fact hum jabse mile hai, tabse bhai behen hai. { No. Its difficult to hide anything from this intelligent monkey. Anyways, I was saying, as we were never dating. In fact since the time we met we are bro- sis.}

Vaish: Mujhe kuch samajh nahi aa raha hai. Aisa kaise ho sakta hai? Aur agar tum date nahi kar rahe the, Abhi ne mujhe reject kyu kiya tha? { I am not able to understand anything. How is this possible? If you both weren't dating, why did Abhi reject me?}

Abhi: Maine kab tujhe reject kiya? { When did I reject you?}

Avu: Maine aapko bataya toh tha us din. { I had said you that day right.}

Jaan: Tu aur Abhi relationship mein nahi the, toh tu un dono ko alag karne ki koshish kyu kar rahi thi? Hume laga tu jealous hai bas. { If you and Abhi aren't in relationship, why were you trying to separate Abhinavi? We thought you are just jealous.}

Abhinavi looked at Avu in surprise, as they didn't know Avu had been trying to separate them, and Avu didn't know others knew about her trying to separate them. But Abhi wasn't surprised for too long, as he knew the reason. Avu looked at him, that he has to say everything. So Abhi told them about him proposing Vaish and she rejecting him, but didn't say about Arhaan doing fake friendship. 

Sid: Avu, puri baat nahi batayi? { Avu, he didn't say the whole truth?}

He asked in a low voice. 

Avu: Wo mai bataungi, Abhi nahi bolna chahte hai. { I'll say it later, Abhi doesn't want to say.}

He sat back normally, and Vaish looked at him in question, he just shrugged. Then Avu told everyone about why she, Sid and Abhi don't want to befriend Arhaan. All were shocked except Sidreem. Vaish and Arhaan had never even thought that they would get to know about it. But more than that, they were guilty. 

Sid: Isliye dada ne propose nahi kiya phirse ye pata chalne ke baad bhi ki aap unse pyaar karte ho. Wo dar gaye the ki Arhaan aap dono ko alag kar dega, aur vishwas tha ki aap Arhaan ki saari baate manoge, kyunki aapne uska saath diya tha itni badi galti mein. Kahi na kahi wo incident aur aap dono ki baate bhi unko choob rahi thi. Aur Avu bhi isliye hi koshish kar rahi thi ki Dada aur Vaishu dur rahe, kyunki agar is baar bhi kuch galat hota, toh Dada ka phirse dil toot jata, aur is baar woh unhe nahi sambhaal paati, kyunki pehle hi bahut jano ko kho chuke hai Dada. { That's the reason dada didn't propose you again even after knowing that you love him. He was scared Arhaan might separate you both, and believed you'll support Arhaan, like you had been doing in such a big mistake. Somewhere that incident and your conversation was also hurting him. And Avu was also trying to keep you both apart for the same reason, because if this time anything would go wrong, dada would again be heart broken, and this time she wouldn't be able to help him, as Dada has already lost many people in life.}

Arhaan: I am so sorry, maine jo bhi kiya us wakt, us sabke liye. Mai kabhi tum dono ko pasand nahi karta tha, aur assume karliya Sid bhi aisa hoga. Par time ke saath jab mujhe tum dono ke baare mein pata chala, mujhe apni galti pata chali. Par ab mai teeno ka sacha dost banna chahta hu. Mujhe kabhi samajh nahi aata tha ki Avu pehle meri dost bani, phir Abhi ke saath zyada close kyu hai. Par ab pata chala, tum dono ka pure and strong bond hai. { I am so sorry for whatever I did back then. I never liked you both and assumed Sid will be the same. But with time as I got to know you both, I realized my mistake. But I really want to befriend you three now. I never understood why Avu was closer to Abhi when she became my friend first. But now I understood, you both have a pure and strong bond.}
