🦋 14. Her First Smartphone

She got her first Smartphone in her first year of college. Also she was first to get a mobile phone in entire college. It was a model of Sony Ericsson. It didn't have much features that time like today's smartphones. But simple text messaging across states, few games, interstate calling on cheap rates and roaming on pay were much more than a simple dialing telephone.

For being a sincere girl she was hesitating to show it off but had a strong desire to show the phone. First time she had personal contact no. That's why nobody knew about it, so there was no chance for incoming calls for starting days. How to get others' attention on the phone ? She tricked something. She set a periodic alarm of per hour in her phone in a very low sound. But when it buzzed in a pin drop silent class, she was embarrassed with her own stupidity. She immediately turned off the timer and sat quietly.

But the trick worked.  Everyone in college was seeking her attention to show her phone. It was so exciting for her to be a point of attraction. It was her first day's experience. She only wished to get others know about her phone. After that she never picked it out unnecessarily.
