"Finally" Natasha states as the two stop and look at him "Now if you two are done contaminating the elevator we have a few more important things to worry about"
The three walk the lab just as Banner walks in from the other elevator "How's he doing?" he asks referring to Barton
"Oh, unfortunately, he's still Barton." Tony says making Kyra laugh
"That's terrible" Bruce states as he walks over to Tony
"He's fine. He's thirsty." Tony walks over to the computers "Alright. Look alive, JARVIS. It's play time. We've only got a couple days with this joystick so let's make the most of it. Update me on the structural and compositional analysis"
"So" Natasha states as she pulls Kyra aside "You and Steve?"
"Kinda?" Kyra mutters
"But Pietro?" Natasha questions
"Deserted me and I haven's spoken to him in weeks. Therefore I am at liberty to do as I please" Kyra explains in a low tone
"You saw him today didn't you" Natasha mentions
To avoid answering Kyra walks over to Dr. Cho as she tends to Barton's wounds "You sure he's going to be okay? Pretending to need this guy really brings the team together." she asks
"There's no possibility of deterioration. The nano-molecular functionality is instantaneous. His cells don't know they're bonding with simulacrum." Cho explains
"She's creating tissue." Banner states as he walks up to the three
"If you brought him to my lab, the regeneration Cradle could do this in twenty minutes." Cho explains
"Oh, he's flatlining. Call it. Time?" Tony jokes
"No, no, no. I'm going to live forever. I'm gonna be made of plastic." Clint smirks as he sits up
Stark then hands Barton a drink "Here's your beverage"
"You'll be made of you, Mr. Barton. Your own girlfriend won't be able to tell the difference." Cho states
"Well, I don't have a girlfriend" Clint explains
"That I can't fix. This is the next thing, Tony. Your clunky metal suits are going to be left in the dust." Cho smiles, she seems to be a proud women
"Well, that is exactly the plan. And Helen, I expect to see you at the party on Saturday." Tony adds
"Unlike you, I don't have a lot of time for parties." she hesitates a moment before asking "Will Thor be there?"
Kyra smiles before exiting the lab and Steve follows her, this time on the elevator ride to their floors were silent, the only thing to even happen was Kyra mumbling a quick "See you at the party" before exiting the elevator. Kyra then walks to her room and grabs her phone immediately dialing Jade's number she only waits around 15 seconds before saying "JADE"
"Kyra?" Jade questions
"Wanna come to a party tomorrow night?" Kyra asks
"Definitely what time?" Jade asks
"Seven, I also need to mention something that happened" Kyra states
"And that is" Jade starts
"I made out with Steve" Kyra explains
"WHAT THE FUCK" Jade shouts into the phone "STAY RIGHT THERE AND SEND ME THE ADDRESS I'M COMING OVER" in the distance Kyra then hears Jade yell to Daisy "Daisy I'm leaving, Kyra invited us to a party I'll text you the info when I get there" before the call abruptly ends
"oh I'm fucked" Kyra mutters to herself as she puts her phone down, she then puts on one of her favorite movies "Ford vs Ferrari" then spending the next twenty minutes watching it before Tony comes in
"This movie, again?" Tony states as walks into her room closing the door behind him
"Don't start" Kyra spats not breaking her gaze at the Tv
"What is it about again? I know you've explained it before but I don't remember" Tony admits
"I've explained it four times Stark" Kyra sighs before saying "Ford finally builds it first successful supercar by paying Carroll Shelby to help make the fastest supercar to beat Ferrari and with the help of Ken Miles. They do" Kyra explains
"Sounds like a good movie, how far in are you?" Tony asks
"Twenty minutes but you didn't miss much, Shelby raced but he was diagnosed with angina pectoris, a heart condition meaning he can never race again. Ken Miles is shown as a struggling mechanic but he's only fixing the retards cars that they don't know how to drive" Kyra explains
The two then spend the next hour before Jade arrives watching the rest of the movie which as much as Tony hated to admit it, he did enjoy watching the movie especially when they got to the end right after Ken Miles is taken advantage of so Ford could be the top three even Tony started yelling at the TV. He was pissed and Kyra found it quite funny and Tony even wanted to call the current owner of Ford and bitch to them about the past although through her laughter Kyra stopped him from doing so.
