Max Mayfield

I couldn't believe it Eleven kissing me! Was it wrong? Uh but it felt so right! But I'm not a lesbian, am I? God my family would absolutely KILL me if they found out I was dating my best friend who has superpowers.

After some time talking (and even more time kissing) me and Eleven came to a decision. She would break up with Mike the next day and we would secretly date until we were ready to tell the party and our parents

6am

Me and eleven went back to sleep for 2 more hours until we heard the devil calling our names.

"guys its mike do you copy?"

Eleven grabbed the walkie talkie of her nightstand and said.

"yep, I copy"

"great can everyone hang out over" mike said

Eleven glanced at me for a moment then turned back to the walkie talkie.

"sure, I wanna talk anyway, over"

"ok see you then" mike replied

Once me and eleven got dressed we headed into the kitchen and ate some left-over pizza from last night since Hopper had already left for work. We were about to head out the door until.

"El" I said grabbing her hand

"yea" Eleven replied

"we don't have to do this if you don't want to" I snapped

"Max, last night I had more fun with you then I have had with Mike" she stated

"Well Mike must be pretty boring cause I'm a lousy kisser" I replied grinning

"shut up" Eleven said as she pulled me in to kiss

We all decided to meet behind Starcourt mall where there was a big field. When we had arrived Mike, will, Dustin and Lucas were already there along with their bikes.

Mike waved to eleven.

She gave a shy wave back.

I whispered into her ear

"remember the plan, break up with him and mention nothing about last night"

She gave me a quick nod and we went over to join the others.

"hey babe!" mike shouted

"hey..." eleven replied awkwardly

Mike ran over to her and kissed her on the cheek which already started to make my blood boil.

"can we go err talk now" eleven asked

"sure bae" Mike said

They walked of further into the field.

"sup Max!" Dustin said

"hey Dustin" I replied "Hey Lucas..."

He didn't reply

"so, uh what are the love birds talking about over there max?" Dustin asked

"oh, I don't kn-" I started

"ew don't call them that" Will interrupted

"why do you care" Dustin questioned

"I don't" Will said

"probably cause you're the only single one right don't worry I was to until I found my Suzie poo" Dustin added

"he's not the only single ones anymore" Lucas stated

"why do you have to say it like that!" I yelled

"Like what?" He responded

"like your somewhat proud that we broke up!" I complained

"well maybe I-'' Lucas started but a faint sound of argument was coming from the distance.

It was Mike and Eleven

"I knew there was something going on with you to!" Mike shouted
