~• Part 26 •~

I don't really have anyone other than her and her mother but now her mother left us. I went to her to reassured and hug her hoping for her to calm down. She kept screaming no and saying she was just sleeping.

Seeing her in this state made my heart broke. She was so hurt. Who wouldn't, I've faced it before, I knew how it feel. She then suddenly fell on the floor crying her heart and eyes out. I went to her level and shush her as the nurse and doctor there take care of her mother.

"Jaehyun...don't let them bring her away! Please..she's just sleeping, don't take her away!" she keep wailing while hugging and pushing me to let her go. I hugged her even tighter and caressed her hair. "Eunjin, shhhh. Please don't be like this..she wouldn't like to see you like this..." I said and looked at her even she refused and try to let go.

"No! She's not dead! Let me go...Jaehyun! please hold them back!" she almost screamed and the nurses there look at her with a sympathy and pity look. I then felt she's weaken and that when I realized she fainted in my arms. The nurses helped me, put her in the bed and examined her.

I couldnt even sleep. It's already 4:30am and her I am sitting beside her while looking at her sleep peacefully. I hope she will get better when she woke up later. I need to try to sleep.

Just as I was about to close my eyes and laid my head on the bed, I feel something moving that made me lift my head. I looked to see that she's looking at me with eyes looking so gloomy as ever. I quickly sit straight and cleared my throat.

"You're awake. How are you feeling?" I said and she just keep staring into space. I understand, it must felt so hurt. Oh I just remembered something. I should've called her husband so that it he could help her mentally and physically as she really needed it.

I took out my phone and dialled his number. Putting at my ears waiting for him to pick up. The other was silent, guess he picked up.

"H-Hello?" I said slowly cause it's almost 5 in the morning. Just as I said that Eunjin look at me with a frowned on her face. "W-who are you c-calling to?" she asked and I mouthed "Your husband" she then widened her eyes and quickly grab my phone amd turn off the called.

"Eunjin, what are you doing? he deserves to know. She is his mother in law." I said and she keep shaking her head. "N-no. Don't tell him..." She said while bringing her knees to her chest.

"Why? don't he deserves to know?" I asked as I sit in front of her. She then looked at me and take my hands in her's. "Jaehyun..just please. Don't tell him anything and don't call him anymore." She said with tears forming in her eyes.

"Did you guys fought?" I asked but she went silent and not even looking me in the eyes. In the exact moment I just knew it! "Damn it! Why Eunjin? did he hurt you? what happened? oh my god! I'm sorry for calling him. I shouldn't have done that. I'm sorry" I said but she keep crying. I pulled her to my chest and hug her while carressing her hair.

"Sshh. It's okay Eunjin. It's okay but I'll only you cry as much as you can only tonight cause starting tomorrow, I don't want to see anymore tears on your eyes. I know your mom will also said that." She then looked up at me and nodded while halfheartedly smile. I smile back and we stay like that for few minutes.

Eunjin's POV

It's 9 in the morning and we're back at my house, getting ready for the funeral. Jaehyun also staying here as he insisted wanting to accompany me for a few days as he's worried I might do something stupid.

I was making a breakfast for us went a knocked from the door was heard.

I was about to look for it when I heard Jaehyun "I get it" from the upstairs. This guy. I then continued doing the breakfast. He then comeback and sit at the counter wearing an emotionless face. Its making me frowned.

"Who is it?" I asked but he still silent and keep eating the pancakes. I tried again. "Jaehyun, I asked you who is it?" he then looked at me and left the kitchen leaving me dumfounded.

What's with him?

Later then he came back again holding an envelope in his hand and he handed it to me. "What is this?" I asked but he's still not answering. I took it and slowly opened it while glancing him once in a while.

I then slowly took it out and saw it's a document. I read it thoroughly and I know and understand it.

'Divorcement Agreement'

I just slowly gulping and trying so hard to holding back my tears that threatened to fall. I saw Jaehyun looked at me with a pity look. I then took a deep breath and went to one of the cabinet. Taking out my pen and signed it in front of Jaehyun that made him shook.

"What? Eunjin are you crazy?? You can't sign it" He tried to stop it but I managed to sign it. "No, I'm not. If this what he wants and if this what makes him happy, then I'll do it" I said without even looking at him. Tears slowly fall but I quickly wiped it.

"You love him that much?" he asked while lifting my chin slowly to meet his eyes. My eyes were so glassy. He then nodded and pulled me for a hug. Automatically my tears fall like a waterfall. "Stupid but it's okay. I'll let this pass okay?" he said chuckling a little as I broke yesterday little promise.

I was so tired with all of this. I'm also feeling not so well after what had happened yesterday. We then went out and headed to the funeral.
