That morning when I woke up Benny and I were the only ones left in the clubhouse. I felt Benny's arms still around my waist, wrapped around me. Benny's face was pressed into my hair, causing his snores to muffle a bit. His lips ghosting around my ear. I decided to close my eyes and take in my surroundings. A quiet clubhouse, the sun peeking through the windows causing its rays to appear on the floor. Benny holding me. Everything was perfect. 'CLICK!' All four eyes shot open to see Squints holding a camera and the rest of the crew laughing. "It's perfect!" Squints said excitedly

"Perfect for what?" Benny asked still muffled by my hair and too careless to get up. "Y/ns brother! He asked us to catch a photo of you two!" Squints replied.

"Yeah yeah he said he would pay us 5 bucks!" Yeah-Yeah said

"Well well Benny it's 9 in the morning, wakey wakey time to go to the sandlot!" Bertram said looking at his watch

"Yeah Yeah Benny come on man let's not wait for the grass to grow!"

"Ain't got all day!"

"Come on Benny I'm not getting any younger!"

Benny rolled his eyes, sighed and yelled "GET OUT!" Their eyes widened and quickly scrambled out of the clubhouse before you could say 'Baseball'. I tried getting out of Benny's grasp but he only held me tighter. "No please don't go..just a little while longer please y/n!" Benny pleaded.

I couldn't believe it Benjamin Franklin Rodriguez didn't care about playing baseball. Right now he wanted me to stay next to him and cuddle. I was perplexed but obviously stayed. I could hear a soft "thank you" being said before I closed my eyes once more. "Hey uh why did your brother want a picture of us sleeping?" Benny asked suddenly "Oh uh its a long story I'll tell you later.."

"JAMES! JAMEEEES!" The boys yelled in sync. "WHAT!" The brown haired boy screamed back. "Can't you see I'm bout to go to work I don't have time to talk about my achievements and how great I am!" The older boy complained "Yeah yeah because we really wanna hear how you got rejected to prom 4 times!" Yeah-Yeah said "HEY!" James yelled.

"WOULD YOU ALL SHUT UP!" Kenny yelled "Here's your photo, now where's our 5 bucks?" Kenny said handing James the photo of you and Benny.

"AWWWW this is perfect!" James said "Here are your 5 bucks" James said handing them a single 5 dollar bill.
"Wait what about the other seven?" Smalls asked

"Yeah you said you would give us 5 bucks!" Kenny pressed

"Oh no I said 'Hey kids wanna make 5 bucks?' I never specified each of you would get 5 bucks." The boys looked pissed. "Hey don't worry I'm sure you can buy like 7 packs of gum with that!" James said smiling and drove away

"THAT CHEAP ASS!" Kenny yelled
