You will need:
Curry powder
2 cloves of Garlic
A can of Garbanzo Beans
A small Onion (diced)
2 Carrots(diced)
1 Irish potato diced
A teaspoon of your favorite herbal seasoning
3 tablespoons olive oil
A pinch of salt if needed
Rice( whatever type of rice you like)
Method
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add curry powder and herbal seasoning. Add diced carrot and potato and add half cup of water. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Add garbanzo beans and allow to simmer for another five to ten minutes.
Rice
Wash rice and add just enough water to your pot to cover your rice. Add salt and butter. Cook for about 20 minutes. Enjoy.
