A War Against Furries

Raid

It's been a few days since my kiss with ???. After that we got along great. The others didn't notice the slight change in his behavior but he was always ready to help. Right now he was helping us get ready for a raid happening soon.

"See the difference" ??? said to Misti who was having problems with her sniper suit.

"Remember, we'll be trying these out before we head to field."

"What did you call these things again?" I asked.

"It's called a Ghillie Suit. That's how some humans remain undetected. We attack unsuspected. We are the guns of glory and tell a story. But back to the point the ghillie suit helps blend into the surrounding areas. With added vegetation you'll pretty much disappear without being seen. However, I'm going to be the one searching. So a quick heads up. You move too much I will radio the team which one is moving to much and say enemy spotted. In which you will restart the test. If your suit does not match the area you will immediately be sent back to fix the problem."

Wow so much information. Everyone looked at him like he was crazy.

"The first to get to their sniper rifle will only fire one shot and hit the bullseye. Are we clear."

"Yes El Commandante!!"

He chuckled and continued his work.

*Timeskip*

*??? P.O.V*

"Alright ladies. I've shown you the basics of the ghillie suit. Now get to your rifles and fire a shot. I expect Tyla to get there first but I'll have my doubts."

"Thanks."

I smiled as I looked at opposite side of the area.

"I'm turning around. I'll give you five seconds to begin towards the objective."

I turned around.

"Go!"

I turned back around and immediately saw a lion tail sticking up. Really. That fast.

"Sandra, enemy spotted. Your tail gave you away."

"Fuck!"

I continued to look and noticed fast movement.

"All shooters, suspected activity."

The movement stopped. I looked closely with my binoculars and couldn't pin who it was.

"All shooters, small patrol moving on foot. Continue to objective."

I signaled the three Shadow soldiers who agreed to help to move on to the field. There was the fast movement again. Unfortunately, they weren't paying attention and was immediately caught. Erica.

"Erica, caught by enemy soldier. Moving to fast and not paying attention to the surrounding area."

So Sandra and Erica are out. That leaves Yazim, Misti, and Tyla.

"What the!"

I turned and saw a missing soldier. Hmm, clever. I watched the spot and noticed the slightest of movement but by then the wind had started to pickup.

"Achoo!"

I looked down over the railing and noticed who it was.

"Yazim, enemy spotted. Your sneeze gave your position. Return to the start."
