“they can absolutely NOT see her like this!”
‘Marcus get the cage away from her’ he didn’t do anything but stare at her body
‘DUDE!’ I shoved him and that got him out of it
‘get the cage away from her!’ he did as I said, I immediately pulled of the vest that I had on and covered Evangeline her body with it, well most of it, the important parts.
‘turn around or close your eyes or something! don’t stand there looking at her!’
they all closed their eyes, some of them were clearly still in shock so they stood there still. I am speaking of Marcus, Samuel and my dad right now, I stood up and placed their hands in front of their eyes.
‘keep them there’
I went over to Evangeline and picked her up, careful not to reveal anything. I carried her towards the bed and place her there, I wrapped the blanked around her body tightly and I started shaking her
‘Evangeline? Evangeline, wake up. Evangeline?’
she groaned and I shook her once more
‘leave me alone’ she whined
‘no you have to open your eyes first’ she shook her head
‘you have to… something… happened’ she opened one of her eyes
‘what happened?’ she asked, her voice was thick of sleep
‘uhm… well…’ I rubbed my neck “what am I supposed to say? Your body was possessed by a demon? I don’t think so, we’re not going to say anything about that”
I covered her eyes and turned my body around I mouthed to Marcus to remove the cage from the room and I mouthed to them all that we can’t say anything to her and that the room should be cleaned.
They all did quickly as I said and as soft as they could
‘what are you all doing? Why are you guys walking?’ my eyes went wide
“did she hear that”
‘of course I heard that, you are walking so loud. And why are you holding your hand in front of my eyes?’
‘uh uh… uhm’
“what the hell!?”
‘what’s wrong and give me an answer please’ she said
“what should I say?”
‘well you should say why you said what the hell and why you are holding your hands in front of my eyes’ she said
the guy were just finished with cleaning the room and looked at her stunned
‘well… uhm okay… you shouldn’t freak out.’ I started thinking of what I should say to her, I mean she was lying naked on the floor and we can’t say anything about the demon thing to her. My dad started talking
‘Evangeline’ he came towards us and I got my hand off of Evangeline her face
‘we have to tell you something. it is a long story that I am not going to tell you today because you have school tomorrow, but I will tell you tomorrow.’
‘why is the blanked wrapped around me so tightly?’ she was taking her arms out of the blanket but I stopped her
‘what are you doing?’ she asked me
‘uhm… you’re naked’
‘what?’
‘it has to do something with the story my dad I going to tell you’ I explained
