"Jeonghan, what happened to her? why she looked like she's about to pass out?"

what?? she doesn't even care about me and now she acting like this??

It made my eyes widen and stopped in my place. I looked back as I feel eyes fell on my back and indeed they are both looking at me. Flustered I hurriedly went up to my room.

Putting my stuff aside and straightly went for a shower. As I'm done, I put my bathrobe and drying my hair. Then sitting on my bed letting out a heavy sighed. He hates me that much. I shouldn't even have hope in him but what makes me wonder more, why is Rina acted so different today??

Thinking hard while lying down that it made my eyes heavy. I fall asleep in an instant.

Rina's POV

"Jeonghan, what happened to her? why she looked like she's about to pass out?"

He looked at me for a sec before turning his head to her. I looked at her for a while. She seems flustered and hurried run to her room. Plopping myself down beside Jeonghan, leaning my head onto his shoulder.

"you still didnt answer me.." I said and I heard he sighed. "How do I know? I pick her up from the hospital but she insisted saying she wants to walk herself, so I dropped her at the bus stop and that's it" he said looking so annoyed with my question. I just answered with an "oh" and returning back to watch the tv but my mind can't stop thinking of something.

Later that night, Jeonghan went out for some work leaving me alone with her. I went to kitchen and found her at the kitchen counter. I sat across her and looked at her. She looked uncomfortable and of course I know why.

I want to tell her something important but I just dont have the guts to do as it might harm me.

*flashback*

"Jeonghan!" I shouted and I saw his face turned to something her never showed to me before.

"Shut up Rina! Don't shout at me! Moreover in my office! I have lots of work to do and not only just to focus on you. Leave if you want I don't care!" He then raised his voice and pointing the door to her. It shocked and upset me that it made my tears fell on my face before I stormed out of there.

I know he saw I'm crying, I know but he didn't do anything and not even chase me. I ran back to my car and called Areum but she didnt pick up. I was so upset. He never raised his voice at me, not even once cause he knows I hate it.

I drive to Areum's apartment since she didnt answered my call. I need to share this with someone so that at least I would feel less upset. I knocked her door but no one answer. I knocked it again and still no one. Just then I hold the knob and turn it, turned out her door is not locked.

I pushed it opened and went inside. I was about to greet her when I heard she talked on the phone.

"Yes, Mom. Of course. You trust me do you?" I heard she said.

Mom? but her mom passed away years ago?

I shrugged it and continue to eavesdropping.

"What? No. She's not my 'real' friend. I just used and be close with her so that I can approached and gained my trust with Jeonghan back. You know how much he hated me after what had happened before? No. I'll never let anyone get him. Not that bitch and not Rina."
