Chapter 2- Backstage Meet Up

You sat there wondering what to do and where to go once you got the money. You had to hide somewhere. This Earth's space programs and militaries were already investigating the crash and if you were somehow found as a link you'd get swarmed with people who might want to steal your titan for research. You then heard the door open and looked up to see if it was Katarina but to your slight disappointment it was the four girls. You then stood up as they walked to you.

Ahri: "Hi there! (Y/n) was it? Thank you so much for saving Eve and the concert! How did you like the show? Oh! I'm Ahri by the way!"

The first one who spoke was the vastaya you saw on stage, she had long blonde hair and ears. You could see behind her were 9 tails.

Akali: "That was amazing! You were really cool! Where did you learn how to fight like that! Was that a grappling hook?! I'm Akali"

The more energetic girl had her purplish hair in a ponytail and wore a hat. She only had a mask but took it off to speak to you.

Kai'sa: "Thank you so much! We are so grateful to have you step in and save Evelynn! It was a surprise to all of us and I'm glad that no one got hurt! I'm Kai'sa!"

The more nice and gentle girl whose hair was also purple was done nicely. You saw two small buns and her long hair flowing down.

Evelynn: "Thank you so much again darling~, I know I could've taken him but seeing you in action was something special alright. I'm Evelynn, just in case you didn't catch it the first time~."

She was the woman you saved and she had her purple hair just down but also tied together. But what you noticed most were her golden eyes behind her shades. They were definitely putting you in a trance. You kinda stood there and then you remembered where you were for a second.

You: "Sorry! I'm (Y/n) (L/n) pleased to make your acquaintance but you can just call me Gunslinger. Sorry about that back on stage, I just couldn't help myself. I'm a man more of actions than words."

Evelynn: "Hmmm.... A man of action you say~?"

Akali: "Hell yeah man! That's the way to go sometimes!"

Kai'sa: "Gunslinger? That's an interesting nickname."

Ahri: "Aren't you going to take off your helmet?"

You and the girls just turn towards Ahri and the girls look back at you.

Kai'sa: "Yeah, I've never seen a helmet like that before. Are you in the military?"

Akali: "Could it be that you're an alien and you don't want to show your ugly face!!!!"

The girls looked at Akali with a glare.

Kai'sa: "Akali, that's rude!"

Evelynn: "Even if he is, that's not nice to say!"

Ahri: "Yeah! Wait, are you an alien?"

You just laughed at the girls and you shook your head.

You: "No, I'm not an alien and to answer your question Kai'sa. Yes and no."

Katarina and the bodyguard came back into the room. She walked over to you with a briefcase full of money.

Katarina: "Here you go, as you requested. But there's something else also in there for you to look at."

The girls confused as much as you. You sit back down on the couch, you open the case to find the money in there but also a small stack of papers. You read the first line as it said "Personal Security Guard Contract." You then looked back up at Katarina.

You: "Are you serious about this?"

Katarina: "Hey man, you got some real skill. And I'm more than convinced after tonight that you're a capable guy for it. You'll get paid every week on the dot and we can negotiate your pay. You get your own place to stay or if you're willing and the girls agree. You can live in the mansion. Also we can help you with anything financially and get you set up accordingly!"

Ahri: "Wait this sounds great! I wouldn't mind him staying at the house! What about you girls?"

Akali: "Fuck yeah! You can show me some cool fighting tricks or something!"

Kai'sa: "I mean I wouldn't mind having a bit more protection around. Besides, you seem like a really nice guy (Y/n)."

Evelynn: "Hmmm... I don't mind at all. Besides, maybe I could thank you personally~. And having a big strong man like you around to chase off the creeps and paparazzi doesn't sound bad either."

You sit there for a moment. Think that this might be a legitimate calling for you. But then you realized who you were. You're a titan pilot with CR who's on their way here. You weren't even from the same universe from what you could tell. It could spell trouble for all of KDA if they didn't know. So you had to make a decision right here and now. Leave, take the money, and never see them again while going into hiding from the world. Or become their security guard and risk everything about who you are and CR. You look back at them and look back at the contract. You sigh again.

You: "I'll have to think about your offer just a bit. But in the meantime. How can I reach you If I'm interested?"

Katarina: "Sure, here's my card. Just let me know it's you."

You: "Thanks. Anyways."

CR: "Pilot, I am waiting outside. Perimeter is secured."

You: "On my way CR. It's been a pleasure, girls. But I must be off."

Ahri: "Thank you again!"

Akali: "Bye mysterious dude!"

Kai'sa: "Thanks for saving the show!"

Evelynn: "Such a shame to see you go so soon."

Katarina: "Just let me know if you're serious about taking the deal."

You just nod to them and leave. You meet up with CR in an alleyway and board her. You then find yourself an abandoned warehouse near the waterfront and post up there for the night.

You: "What the kinda mess have I gotten myself into?"
