"But it ended up in Amanda's possession?" Jess tried to put the pieces together.

"Exactly!" Cams snapped her fingers. "The audacity of that bitch!"

"I see." Jessie looked disgusted.

"My sister cried just for that dress," bumaba ang boses ko habang inaalala kung paano bumagsak ang pakiramdam niya. "She ruined it."

"That's some pathetic bitch move!" Camila blurted out. Hinapan niya ang kanyang bangs. "The dress looked stunning. Good for her. Baka kapag ikaw nagsuot no'n ay wala nang pumansin sa kanya."

"Cams. Chill..." Hinawakan ni Jessie ang balikat ni Cams.

Yumuko ako. Pinagsalikop ko ang mga kamay ko.

I feel so anxious now. Amanda is my enemy again, not like there's a time we aren't. Alam kong gaganti siya. Hindi ito titigil hanggat hindi nagiging miserable ang buhay ko. She did if before. I am expecting worse now.

Sumakit bigla ang ulo ko. Ako na nga ang biktima, ako pa rin ang agrabyado. She will definitely use their wealth just to put me down even more. Probably with the help of her mother.

Tumunog ang cell phone ni Camila kaya lumayo muna siya sa amin para sagutin 'yon. Si Jessie naman ngayon ang umupo sa tabi ko.

"Gaganti si Amanda..." bulong ko.

"We are here," he smiled at me. Hinawakan niya ang kamay ko at hinaplos 'yon. "We got your back, Riza. We are always here for you..."

"T-thank you..."

"It's not your fault..." He pressed my palms. "Hindi naman dapat ganito umakto si Amanda. Hindi naman niya boyfriend si Ulrich. She shouldn't be acting as if you betrayed her. They are not in a relationship in the first place..."

Suminghap ako. I don't think Amanda is aware of that.

Sinandal ko na lang ang ulo ko sa balikat ni Jessie. Tumingin ako sa malayo. Biglang sumagi sa isipan ko si Ulrich.

He left me just to go after her.

Lumapit sa amin si Cams. "They are back," she told us.

"Ulrich and Amanda?" Jessie asked.

Cams nodded. "Like nothing happened..."

I shook my head. "I don't want to go back."

Sumimangot si Camila. "Hahayaan mo na lang bang sirain nila ang gabi mo? Come on, Rizzie. Ipakita mong hindi ka rin apektado!"

"Cams. I don't care about them anymore. I just really want to go home."

Tumayo na ako at hinanda na ang sarili.

"Ako na ang maghahatid sa kanya," Jessie volunteered.

Huminga nang malalim si Camila. Niyakap niya ako nang mahigpit.

"I'm really sorry that bitch tried to sabotage your night, Rizzie."

I chuckled. "You guys made my night."

"You are still the queen of the night," she whispered.

Just when I thought I have no reason to go back to the open field, I realized I need permission to go home. Kailangan kong magpaalam kay Ulrich pero si Miss Hailey na lang ang nilapitan ko.

"I'm not feeling well," I reasoned which was half truth.

"Really? Sayang naman..." May kinuha si Miss Hailey na papel. "I will just ask you to sign this paper. After that, pwede na kayong umuwi. Thank you, Miss Chavez. Be safe."
