Welcome to The Outer Ring.
Home to some of the most diverse climates Ellena has to offer, the four districts of the Outer Ring are relatively isolated. Due to difficult terrain and weather conditions, they are so infrequently visited that royal presence is rare, granting these districts some degree of self-governance.
This Ring consists of the following:
District 2
District 4 Home to Count Rousseau, Head of the Royal Committee for Civilian Safety.
District 6
AND
District 8
Although most citizens follow royal guidelines and exhibit utmost loyalty, the law is somewhat different in certain districts. This can be attributed to the unique circumstances of its inhabitants.
Even so, the Outer Ring is a vast wilderness with many varied, interesting climates. If adventure is what you seek, then these districts may be for you! ︎︎
