~• Part 23 •~

"Park Eunjin!" I called but no response. I went to her door and knocked many times yet she still didn't response. "Eunjin, are you there? open the door!" I said almost shouted but the door still not opened. The door is locked and I forgot where I put the key at.

"Eunjin! Open the goddamn door!" now I'm shouting. I'm an impatient person and she really tested me. I then kick the door many times until that one time I succeed in break it.

Went inside and look around. Her room is so dark. I then saw she's on the bed. I went to the window and opened the curtain. "If you're here then why you didn't open the door?? are you deaf or stupid??" I asked annoyed with her yet she still didn't answered.

Why?

I then moved closer to her bed to take a closer look. "Eunjin?" I called but no response. I then touched her forehead and it made my eyes widen. She's burning. I quickly removed her quilt and saw she's shivering and sweating a lot. "Eunjin, what happened??" I asked but she seems unconscious. I then carried her into the car and went to the hospital.

Making my way to the emergency room and wait there. Few minutes later the doctor asked me to follow him.

"What happened Doctor? Is she okay?"

"I should've asked you Sir Jeonghan." he said and cleared his throat before continue. "You see, she have infection in her lungs, cold air was still there too. Added it to it, she caught a very high fever and also her migraine which make it worst. From what I see, she didnt eat or drink for who knows how long. Her body loss lots of water. She's dehydrated. It made her weak and her antibody couldn't handle all of this or maybe something that only she knows" the doctor explained that made me so flabbergasted. How did she got all of this when she just stayed at home?

"Oh not to mention, her hands is getting infected and that made she caught a fever. She also didn't eat her medicine"

"wait medicine?" I asked and he nodded. "Yes. I gave her medicine before when your cousin brought her here but she look worst at that time." he said that made me think. "But no worries, she'll be fine. Make sure she eat all those medicine and take care of her" was all he said before he leave me alone in his room.

I then went back to her room and saw her sleeping soundly. Her face looks so pale. It made me reminded when we were a friend. Laying down unconsciously and pale. Her migraine...Back then it made me worried so much. Geez what am I thinking. I shrugged it off and went to sit at the couch far from her.

It's already 10 pm and she still not awake. I'm getting impatient and bored. She's in the hospital wasn't she? Even if I'm not here the nurse and doctor can still take care of her, wouldn't they? I then went to the front table and asked them to look for her as I'm going home.

Arrived home I saw Rina waiting for me at the door. "Why are you standing here and not going inside?" I asked as I walked closer to her. She smiled and hug me. "I just want to wait for you. Can't I?" she asked pouting like a child. So cute. I smiled and went inside with her.

Eunjin's POV

My head throbbed very badly. I tried to open my eyes slowly and as carefully as I can. Once I succeed I saw white ceiling, white wall, hearing the calming and quiet sounds. Only beeping of the machine that I can hear. Wincing as my head is so hurt. Looking to the window and saw sunlight radiate through the curtain.
