Why? Because why not? Two sounds just right but if you want a third one he won't mind, he isn't picky! Honestly he hopes you don't get twins because even though he loved growing up beside Floyd he is aware of how troublesome they were and STILL ARE. He would like to have at least one boy, and not because of having a heir or something dumb like that... he just wants a boy!
BONUS: The moment you decided to date him he was already trying to decide the colors for the wedding, the ring, The best time to have children, EVERYTHING so expect him to be... too prepared for every possible outcome. Why? Awww poor unfortunate soul... this merfolk changes his mind as quickly as the author of these shots changes of clothes. You will literally be chilling in your bed, watching a movie or something and out of nowhere he will move closer to you with that smug face of his and go: "Nee~ let's have another one." Up to you how that goes.
BONUS: yeah, he might want 10 at some point but don't worry! As he starts realizing with his first child that having kids it's more than just giving birth to them he will surely become way more responsible... otherwise your brother-in-law and Azul will kick him back to his senses after all you are precious to them too.
