Isle of the Lost

Via's POV,

Once upon a time long, long ago. Well more like 20 years ago. Belle married her Beast in front of 6,000 of their closest, personal friends.

Big cake.

Yeah, so instead of a honeymoon, Beast united all of the kingdoms and got himself elected King of the United States of Auradon. He rounded up all the villains and sidekicks, basically all the really interesting people, and he booted them off to the Isle of the Lost with a magical barrier to keep them there. This is my home.

No magic.

No Wi-Fi.

No way out...Or so I thought.

No one's POV,

Ben stood, looking out the window, looking at the Isle of the Lost as his parents came in the room.

"How is it possible that you're gonna be crowned king next month? Your just a baby!" Beast said looking at his son

"He's turning sixteen dear" Belle pointed out

"Hey, Pops" Ben said trying to get his Dad's attention

"Sixteen? That's far too young to be crowned king, I didn't make a good decision until I was at least 42" Beast said

Belle scoffed and reminded him saying "Uh, you decided to marry me at 28"

"Well it was either you or a teapot" Beast tried to joke.

"Kidding" Beast said while Ben chuckled

"Mom, Dad. I've chosen my first official proclamation I've decided that the children on the Isle of the Lost be given a chance to live here in Auradon" Ben said carefully looking at his parents reactions

"Every time I look out to the island, I feel like they've been abandoned" Ben said trying to reason with his parents

"The children of out sworn enemies? Living among us?" Beast questioned

"We start out with a few at first, only the ones who need our help the most. I've already chosen them" Ben said

"Have you?"

"Hey, I gave you a second chance. Who are there parents?" Belle said

"Cruella de Vil, Jafar, Evil Queen and Maleficent" Ben said

"Maleficent!? She is the worst villain in the land!" Beast yelled

"Dad, just hear me out here-"

"I won't hear of it, they are guilty of unspeakable crimes" Beast argued

"Dad, their children are innocent. Don't you think they deserve a shot at a normal life? Dad?" Ben questioned

"What about the one she took in?" Belle asked

"Even her" Ben said

After a few minutes of thinking Beast said "I suppose the children are innocent"

Via's POV,

Mal took a lollipop from a baby and they started laughing while I just rolled my eyes then I noticed people running away, must mean Mom's here. Maleficent isn't my real mom she just took me in, probably the only nice thing she's ever done in her life.
