This huge asylum is situated on an extremely remote island in the middle of the Pacific ocean. It contains three wards. The first one contains people with mental disorders that they have just started to discover. Ward-2 contains extremely depressed individuals. Ward-3 has extremely dangerous and violent patients, each patient in this ward has to wear a straight jacket 8 hours a day which is only allowed to be removed once in there respective cells.
However this evil place also has a hidden ward-4. It contains patients with extreme mental health conditions that deemed incurable by doctors and therapists, but that's just a cover for what experiments they really conduct on these patients. Ward-4 has there fare share of horror stories too. They say no patient can survive more than 6 months here.
Ward-1 is one the 3rd and second floor. Ward-2 one the 1st floor and Ward-3 is one the ground floor. Ward-4 is kept underground hidden away not even all the staff knows about this torture house underground. Ward-4 is completed covered by white tiles, everywhere white colour is incorporated. Patients are only fed rice and water here. The patients are trafficked from all around the world to be kept locked here, normal people are captured too.
This is because of Dr.Summers. This is the evil of all evils the incarnation of the devil itself. The sadist doctor has been performing painful experiments on the captives kept in ward-4.
