"He is a seductive man, but not very brave when he is given the same affection back." The walls said

"Are you all just going to keep exposing everyone I meet?" I asked

"What?" He asked

"Nothing." I said," whats your power- I'll tell you mine!"

He stepped back an nervously chuckled.

"Uh I can just control fire and hot things...nothin special..." He said

"Nothing special? That means you can control lava, magma too! Hot stuff!" I said," you basically have control of the planet."

He looked at me shocked an then the two boys from before came in.

"She said it would bite-"

"I know but I wanted to see if she was right-"

"Well now you know-"

"No shit, I was the one bitten- oh hey cartoonz." The blonde male said

"Hey Kryoz, hey smitty." Cartoonz, apparently, said," whats this about being bit and a she being right?"

"A book bit my hand." Kryoz said," she was right, they bite."

"I told him not to test it, but he tested it anyway." Smitty chuckled

"What..?" Cartoonz asked confused

"Books." The two shrugged in unison

I almost wanted to laugh but I didn't as I then went to the bed and sat down. The brush came an did my hair as I looked around my bags to make sure I had everything.

"So um...your power its...its really strong!" Cartoonz said

I looked at him and his eyes seemed to have been somewhere else. I guess women easily distract him.

"My power is not something you've ever heard of. Sure it's similar to telekinesis or something else but its very different." I said

Smitty blocked cartoonz from looking at me and he smiled.

"You can move things at your will and open up the earth right?" Smitty asked

"Something like that." I said," I-"

"She gives life to the objects around her." Delirious said

"You son of a-"

"Delirious?! Did they let you-"

"No, I'm still you know where." He said," its just an illusion."

"You made an illusion to steal my thunder?!" I complained

The illusion came to me an his eyes looked worried.

"Why have you been screaming? What have they done to you-"

Kryoz made the illusion go away and then sighed.

"I don't feel like lying at the moment, so delirious is in a cell at the moment. The others kinda think you're controlling him and making him do things we've never seen him do." Kryoz said," but thats the thing..."

"He knows your power and you guys somehow know each other." Smitty said," we want to let him out soon so is that really your power or is it you controlling him?"

I sat there for a moment as my brush dropped onto the bed.

"If I could control people I would have controlled you boys to stop coming after ezma." I said," if I could control people, I would have been able to escape the lab so- SO long ago! I can only give life to the objects around me, they talk to me, they can read what I want, I can control them."

I then grabbed my bat an let it lift up into the air.

"I can only control things that aren't living." I said," I give them life sure but to my power of control they are still considering nonliving things. Letting them bend to my will."

I put my hands together in a triangle an the tip of my bat broke open and was shaped to be sharp instead of flat.

I let it bend back to normal and it had no marks of being broken or bent.

"If I tried to pick you guys up." I said as I raised my arm to them," it wouldn't work. But if I used something to pick you up."

I made the towel go pick up cartoonz and he was lifted into the air as it was wrapped around his waist.

"Then it would work, no matter how soft or small the object is." I said

"Okay time out- that is cool! My turn please!" Smitty said

I scoffed but tried to hide a smile. The towel put cartoonz down an picked up smitty an he cheered.

"God what a child you are smitty." Kryoz teased

"I don't care, we all need a little bit of cheer at the moment." Smitty said without a care as he smiled

I hummed a bit an then pain struck my chest. I felt like I was choking as I fell off the bed an to the side. I threw up blood as I got on my knees and my body was shaky.

The towel came an covered my mouth to clean the blood.

"My pills-" I coughed," where-"

I choked on my words as the pain was worse, why was it worse!? I was picked up by something foggy as a hand touched my arm.

I looked to see smoke holding me while smitty had his hand on my arm, his eyes glowing yellow.

The pain subsided and I felt better. Smittys eyes stopped glowing and I was sat onto my bed as they helped me sit straight.

"Are you alright? That looked way more painful then the ones we have?" Smitty asked

"I'm fine, its just normal..." I said but cleared my throat

"That...thats what happens to you- thats your sickness?" Cartoonz asked

I was able to hold myself up an I looked around. I was light headed but was okay to move.

"I was in a lab till I was 13." I said," after I was kidnapped away from the labs the pains got to me when I started learning to control my effects." 

"You spent 13 years in those labs?" Kryoz asked

I nodded a bit an sighed.

"Seven years later, this is where I'm at." I said," from an experiment, to a broke kid with a foster father, to a rich assassin for hire."

"Me an kryoz got out at 9 an 10." Smitty said softly," vanoss parents were a gang dedicated to saving kids like us from places like that."

"Most of us were rescued by his parents." Kryozs said," the rest we picked up along the way cause they're regular human."

"I...I was taken out at 11." Cartoonz said," they fucked with my dna but I was taken out by his parents too."

I felt a bit of pain an hissed a bit.

"Yeah my power doesn't heal or stop pain, it only boosts either your power or body. In this case I boosted your pain tolerance." Smitty said," you can take a lot of pain by the way."

I sighed and rubbed my head a bit.

"You get use to pain when you've had it all your life." I said," I just learned to handle what I got."

They were silent and then someone knocked on the door.

"C'mon guys, vanoss needs us for a moment." Someone said

It was silent again but footsteps started leaving. I didn't care if they left or stayed, I was feeling depressed anyways.

But I tried to find out how to get out of here while taking ezy with me before they hurt her or worse...
