These are called "the dark ones" the roam the night, the second 12 hours of a day.

These are called "the light ones" or "bannana ghost". They roam the first 12 hours of the day.
I shall explain!
So the bannana ghost are in the first 12 hours of the day, not like the actual first 12, like for how long the sun is up! They are made up of light and so they only around when it's day! But there is a twist, because only a few things can be perfect. If there's a shadow the dark ones will be there.
It's basically the opposite for night!
The story of these differ from what religion you are. The following only goes with Christian story Adam and eve, and birth of Jesus.
Before there where light and dark ones, and after life started, the devil tricked eve into eating the forbidden apple. The ones who died where burned and tortured by the devil, turning into the dark ones. It wasn't until the events of Jesus when the bannana ghost came and war broke loose. Then they all stopped. They where not full. They realized they need to help guide others to be on there team.
