Imagine Zemo at the monument, reading the names right. And then he sees Heike (I think) and Carl's name.
Like it's raining and the sun is slowly going down.
And then one certain memory just makes him get on his knees and cry, yell, and beg.
You know that feeling of guilt, anger, sadness, despair, and loneliness? Just mix them together and that's what he felt. It's like a twinge in your heart that just snaps.
So like he's yelling and begging at the world. Just wishing all of that pain would go away.
And then Zemo just wanting to be there with them so either he could save them or pass on with them.
