It was a regular Sunday Morning and was on our way to Greater Emmanuel Institutional Church of God in Christ. We got there and said hello to everyone and took our seats. The service was starting and the worship leader got on the pulpit.
The worship leader : "Praise the Lord church"
Everyone: "Praise the Lord" everyone responded
The worship leader: I will bless the Lord at all times and his praises shall continually be in my mouth. Anybody got a reason to bless the Lord on this morning. Stand up to your feet and tell the Lord thank you
Congregation praising God with a voice of triumph.
The service was flowing as usual and when the choir was getting ready to sing, me and Myra watch Kierra as she sing her songs "You are" and Indescribable and she had an amazing voice and I was in tears when she was singing both songs. When the choir had finished singing, Bishop J Drew Sheard was preparing to preached and he pray and he read the scripture Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me. Me and my sister sat down and listen to the sermon as he speaks. The message did speak to me and was getting ready to stand and say "Preach Bishop" and stuff. As soon as he was getting ready to end his sermon, Bishop asked everyone to come to the altar so he can pray for one of us so they did. Bishop was laying hands on me and Myra and we felt the Holy Ghost on me.
Soon as everyone got to their seats, Bishop wanted everyone to sow a seed into the ministry. Me and Myra took out a seed of $20 to sow into the church and put it in the basket. The choir was singing and Kierra sings the song "By grace" when we was taking up offering.
At the end of the service Bishop was shaking everyone's hands and telling them that the service has blessed them and the word speaks to their heart. We then saw Kierra by the music pit and we walked over there I said
Jayda: Hi, I just want to say that you sound so good when you was singing the songs. It blessed my soul
Myra: Hi, you voice and your sound is so beautiful
Kierra: Aww thank you ladies so much, so what are your names
Jayda: My name's Jayda and this is my sister Myra
Kierra: It's nice to meet you both so, do you ladies sing?
Jayda: Well I can sing
Myra: I cannot sing like my sister
Kierra: Jayda let me hear you sing
Jayda: Oh Lord now
Kierra: Yess girl go ahead and sing
Jayda clears her throat and she starts singing
"I'm looking for a miracle
I expect the impossible
I see the intangible
I see the invisible
The sky is the limit to what I can have
Just believe and receive it God will perform it today
I expect the miracle everyday God will make a way out of no way" ooooooohhhhhhh *singing as a do my runs*
Kierra: You better sing that song Jayda and I love the runs that you did at the end
Jayda: Wow thank you sis
Kierra: So you ladies want to hang out with me and my family someday
Me and Myra nodded yess
Kierra: Alright ladies, I will let my mom and my aunties know and I will tell them about you all, so I will see you ladies later
Jayda and Myra: Ok see you later Ki
