"No. You are!" Steve said.

Steve's fist collided with Billy's nose, sending him back a few steps. Billy straightened up and we could see the blood that was pouring out of his nose. And I mean pouring. Like a waterfall.

He let out a manical cackle as the rest of the party and I encased Lucas in a protective group hug, watching the scene roll out in front of our eyes.

"Looks like you got some fire in ya after all, huh? Ive been waiting to meet this 'king Steve' everyone's been telling me so much about!" Billy said.

Steve reached out and placed two fingers on Billy's chest, pushing him back.

"Get out." Steve said.

Out of nowhere, Billy swung his fist at Steve's face, only missing thanks to the fact that Steve had ducked down.

Steve didn't hesitate, as soon as his head popped back up, he swung his own fist at Billy, knocking him into the table.

It was a full-out brawl, now.

We started cheering for Steve.

"Yes! Kick his ass, Steve!" Dustin and I said together.

Billy straightened up again, this time with more blood covering his face.

Steve lunged forward and punched him again, hitting him square in the jaw.

Billy tumbled farther into the kitchen table, looking like he was drunk. He just laughed even more, blood now pouring from his mouth and staining his teeth.

Steve punched him again.

Billy's back came in contact with the kitchen counter and he was roaring with laughter.

Suddenly, a ceramic plate was smashed on Steve's skull, courtesy of Billy being able to reach the cupboard.

Well, shit.

Billy punched Steve, who was sent back into a shelf, making multiple things fall and break.

"No one. Tells me what to do." Billy said lowly, shaking Steve around.

Billy's head flew back before barreling with Steve's, sending him flying across the floor.

He ignored our screams and marched over to Steve.

"Billy, stop! You're gonna kill him!" I yelled.

"Billy, stop it!" Max yelled.

"Get up, Steve! Come on, you can do it!" Dustin yelled.

Billy threw one leg over Steve's unconscious form, throwing punches upon punches to Steve's face.

Blood flew everywhere as Steve's nose was possibly broken.

We all just stood there, terrified, watching our babysitter get beaten to a pulp.

My eyes scanned the room for something that could help our situation until they landed on the syringe they had used to put Will to sleep.

It still had some serum in it, so I ran over and grabbed it, ripping off the cap.

I basically had to shove the boys aside just to get to him.

I walked up to Billy and jabbed the needle into his neck.

I let it go and backed away, back to the group.

Billy got to his feet, staring at me in shock.

I could tell it was already starting to work because he was stumbling.

"The hell is this?" Billy asked, pulling the needle out.

"You little shit, what did you do?" He asked.

Complete and utter silence.

That is, until Billy fell backwards, his feet giving out as he hit the floor with a loud thud.

"Shit." Mike whispered.

He chuckled and Max took Steve's bat in her hands.

"From here on out, you leave me and my friends alone. Do you understand?" Max asked, hovering over Billy with the bat.

"Screw you." Billy said.

Max flung the bat down as hard as she could until it stuck in the ground right below his groin.

He lifted his head to see.

"Say you understand! Say it!" Max yelled at him.

Billy said nothing.

"SAY IT!" She yelled again.

"I understand." He said weakly.

"What?" Max asked.

"I understand." He said, his eyes fluttering closed.

Max dropped the bat and turned to me.

I hugged her.

She hugged back.

Wow. A traumatic experience shared between a bunch of friends. Great.

When we pulled away, I saw something had fallen out of Billy's pocket.

I bent over and picked it up.

"Let's get out of here." I said, shaking the keys to Billy's Camero.
