You were sitting on your couch waiting for your best friend Felix to show up. He was supposed to show up hours ago, but his work kept him practicing late.

You sighed as you hugged a pillow in your arms, one of your legs dangling off the couch as the other was bent. You were just scrolling through your phone going through your memories and photos. Honestly you were just bored out of your mind.

After a while you finally decided to check the time, It was already thirty minutes past midnight. You let out a sigh, but that's when you heard a bang come from outside. You put the pillow down and go to the window to see what it was.

It was pouring outside, 'of course' you thought to yourself. You head back to the couch and that's when you get a text message from Felix

Lix💛🐥: hey I'm on my away but because of the rain there's traffic it might take a while.

You sigh trying to figure out how to respond to him. You were just annoyed at this point. You know it wasn't his fault and things happened, you were just looking forward to spending time with him.

Y/n: it's okay Lix just go home we can hang out another time. 😊

You send with a small pout on your face, you knew he was going to be tired and he would probably fall asleep. So you thought it would be best just for him to go home and get a good night's rest. Not even seconds later your phone was going off

Lix💛🐥: no I wanna hang out with you I'll be there in ten minutes 😍😎.

You smile at him being so determined, you type a quick 'ok' response to him and wait. Ten minutes later there was a knock on your door. You smile going to the door and opening it. When you open the door you see a drenched Felix. He was completely soaked and out of breath. You drag him in not even saying hello or anything. Closing the door behind you, you looked at him in shock

"What happened?!" You asked your voice laced with concern. You were concerned but Felix had his signature cute smile on his face. (a/n: yk the one I'm talking about).

"The traffic wasn't moving after a while so I just decided to get out and run here. It wasn't too far." He said shyly as he rubbed the back of his neck. Your mouth was gaped open as you listened to Felix tell you how he ran her in the down pouring rain.
