Part 5

It was late night Vi was sleeping cuddling to Mahi who was sleeping just beside him holding him warmly . Mahi sleep broke as he heard the sound of doorbell . He woke up and sighed in relief to see Vi still sleeping as its very difficult to put Vi at sleep nowadays . He was confused thinking who it can be . He went and opened the door only to find Yuvi and Bhajji there . Mahi let them enter and took them to guest room as it was far away from the room in which Vi was sleeping .

Mahi ( coldly ) : what r u both doing here ??

Yuvi ( angrily ) : firstly tell us what the hell that guy is doing here ?? Atleast u should have think about ur reputation okk leave reputation ur family security . For god sake Mahi u have a 6 years old daughter.

Mahi ( glaring ) : that guy is my younger brother and I trust him more than anything and anyone .

Bhajji : dont u feel ashame calling him ur brother ?? We think Hardik to be worse but that guy is many steps ahead than Hardik , offcourse he must have learnt from him only .

Mahi ( dangerous voice ) : shut up don't u dare to say anything against my little brother . 

Yuvi ( angrily ) : ur little brother seriously ??? A person who is accused for raping a girl for 3 years is ur brother . Public is mad at him they can do anything with that person and because of him u will also suffer .

Mahi ( angrily ) :ENOUGH NOW !!!! Dare u say even a word more . I am ready to face all the consequences but I won't leave him alone at any cost because I know my Cheeku can't do this never ever in his life , I trust him more than anything  and what the hell is ur problem ???? 

Bhajii : what is our problem ??? Don't u think we should ask u this question ??? Why can't u see the truth Mahi ???

Yuvi : Mahi we r ur friends we both want ur good . Don't get blinded by brotherly love Mahi . He was just maintaining a facade from these many years that is broken now . Its better just throw him out of ur house . 

Mahi ( angrily ) : have u guys gone mad ?? Wha..

Mahi stopped as he saw a figure standing near the door it was none other than Virat . When Mahi went to open the door Vi woke up inbetween only to find Mahi was not there . Thats when he heard some voices  from outside so he went thier and listened everything . 

Bhajji and Yuvi turned too and they found Virat standing there . Virat was completely numb he didn't know how to react . He just went from there quietly without saying anything . Mahi tried to stop him but Virat already left . Mahi then turned towards Yuvi and Bhajji . He curled his fingers to form fist in order to control his anger 

Mahi ( dangerous voice ) : just go from my house before I myself push u both . Before leaving remember one thing u two if u don't have any trust , place , love and respect for my younger brother in ur heart then I don't have any of these feelings left in my heart for u both . If u can't treat my Cheeku well then I can't consider u as my friend. 

Yuvi and Bhajji both look at him with hurt eyes and went from there giving a disappointed look to Mahi . Mahi went to Virat only to find him sitting on the bed quietly . Mahi sat beside him and engulfed him in a tight warm hug . Tears started falling from Vi's eyes as he remembered every word he heard . Mahi heart broke as he heard Vi mumbling something like"  I am tired now bhai I am tired now " . Vi sounded so broken that Mahi couldn't help but remember the always energetic Cheeku , full if confidence , ready for every challenge . 

" I wont give up and wont let my brothers give up "

His Cheeku said the same line during 2017 Champions trophy final against Pakistan . He remembered how everyone had almost given up when they saw such a huge total . In these many years so many challenges came across his path . Yes Virat get frustated manytimes , he was dissapointed from the situations sometimes but he didn't said he was tired not for once .
