"Here are some files for you to check. I'll send them to your cabin. Go through them and pick 10 best designs."
"Ok sir, I'll." She smiled.
"And yes, meet me in lunch time. Ok ?" He added.
"Yes sir!" Saying that she left the CTO's office.
Passing through the corridor she greeted with each one with a smile. No doubt she was everyone's favorite in her surroundings. Some got jealous of her being treated special. A few blamed Malhotra sir for behaving in ways that showed favoritism toward her for giving her as much work to take out her best in front of others. But he always defended himself saying-
"I admire her hard work and dedication towards her job."
Company's CTO, Mr. Malhotra really was a nice person in his late middle age, but couldn't stop himself from showing a bias in favor of Vritti which sometimes troubled him. In point of fact he had a concern for her for not being worldly like others in the office. Knowing she had her own ways to deal with things, still he always found her innocent yet a real wiz.
Their company had a conference organizing in Ooty by the owner Mr. Pratul Malpani. Best employees were supposed to be chosen there during the event. Only Board members knew about it. Mr. Malhotra, one among them, was aware of every move in company wanted Ms. Vritti to achieve this honour but didn't want to reveal the company's plans. For some reasons he called her in breaktime. Calling her in office room might suspect others, so decided to meet in canteen.

"Yes sir ?" Vritti said pulling a chair, "You called." she added sitting in chair.
At lunchtime Mr. Malhotra was waiting for Vritti in office canteen with two orders of Coffee Frappe with orange almond ricotta toasts.
"Yes Ms. Vritti Sardesai !" Mr. Malhotra smiled adjusting in his seat.
"Something important it seems, coz' You called me here." Vritti asked fully attentive.
"Yes my girl." Mr. Malhotra said signaling waiter to bring orders.
"Tell me, how can I help you sir !"

"Vritti ! Listen to me carefully girl. In March our company is organizing a conference in Ooty (a resort town in southern India's Tamil Nadu state). Where all employees from around the country will come. I want you too to participate and join the conference."
