As we know, there are clones that are currently present in the story. Jungkook was able to spot out the Yoongi clone in one of the previous chapters, and it is why he shot clone Yoongi. It is a theory that Jungkook is the only one able to tell clones apart due to the information he gives, which according to his profile is "computer simulation information".

Here is a snippet of a conversation an 4N0M4LY had with Jungkook!

This information means that Jungkook knows things about the game that other members don't know about, which includes the clones. However that is a theory, since Hoseok may also be able to tell clones apart due to being able to see what others see (for example, he can see what the real members see but not the clones).

Jungkook was also aware of the clone due to an 4N0M4LY telling him that the Jin he was with was a clone. We know the Jin with Jungkook is a clone due to messaging Jin previously. Since clones are able to answer messages instead of real members, we ask questions such as where they are, who they are with, and who their "best friend" is.
