Chapter 11

Reńee pov

I went to sleep dick deprived and I woke up dick deprived, he didn't come home last night

I'm not going to lie, I did wait up for him and didn't go to sleep til like 3 am

I hope everything is ok

"Bonjour" I say to everyone stretching and walking into the kitchen, everyone mutters a good morning to me

Ana walks over to me and smiles "what do you want?" I say looking at her weirdly

"Oh nothing really" she smiles "I just want you to invite Sophia over" she says quickly and I giggle

"She's supposed to be coming over today" I say smirking "Your so in love with her" she laughs and hits my arm

"I am not in love with her" she says and I shrug "ok whatever you say Ana" I walk away from her, I walk over to the refrigerator and Big Tony is over there "Bonjour Tony" I say smiling, I refuse to call him Big because that's degrading, even though he said it was ok because he's been called that his whole life

"Hey Reńee" He says smiling "what ya cooking" I say and lean over the counter "just eggs and bacon, you want some?" I nod my head

Tony is one of the best cooks in the house and I love him for that, sometimes when I come downstairs for a late night snack he's down there himself and sometimes he makes me old Italian snacks that his mother made him as a child

And I sometimes make him old French snacks that I used to make myself in the orphanage

I go sit at the island and tap my fingers waiting patiently, Alessandro comes downstairs and says good morning to everyone

He comes sit next to me "Bonjour" I say to him and smile "Bonjour mama" he smiles back at me and everyone in the kitchen freezes including me

Maybe he doesn't know what he said

"W-What did you say?" I stutter and he looks at me like I'm crazy "I said Bonjour mama, did you forget your French" He says laughing and I fake chuckle and kiss his head and shake my head no "I didn't forget my French"

Oh god, he thinks I'm his mom

He continues to eat his breakfast that Tony put in front of him

Where the fuck is Lorenzo

"He called me mama" I complained to Sophia who was sitting on the couch with me

Her eyes widen "he called you what?!" She exclaimed and I nodded my head "where the hell is Lorenzo?"

I shrug my shoulders "I don't know, he left last night and hasn't been back since, I hope everything is okay" I bite my lip

She rubs my shoulder "he's okay.... Probably" and I groan "Sophia it's not funny" and she chuckles "ok ok I'm sorry"

Alessandro comes down and sits on my lap "Your pretty" He says to Sophia and she smiles at him "aww thank you, aren't you cute"

He scoffs and says "I'm not cute, I'm a man" I say "alright that's enough, go play"

He hops off my lap and says "bien mama" me and Sophia look at each other with wide eyes, he just walks off
(Translation: alright mama)

"He's good at speaking French, how old is he?" Sophia asks and I nod "he's only 3 he's about to be 4 and he speaks Italian fluently"
(A/N: I changed his age, I thought it was too similar to my other book (poison) so I made him younger, srry I just didn't want them to be similar :/)

I huff as I get under the covers on Lorenzo's bed, I'm really worried about him and I tried to call his phone but it went straight to voicemail

I bite my lip hoping he's ok, I hear the door open and I sit up and look at the door but it's just Alessandro's tiny body walking through the door rubbing his eyes "I can't sleep mama" he comes over to the bed and I pick him up "I miss papa" his lip starts trembling

I pull him in "Oh mon amour ça ira, il revient bientôt" I kiss his head and he nods and wipes his eyes as tears come down
(Translation: oh my love it will be ok, he's coming back soon)

I rock him to sleep and place him back in his room, I sigh and turn on the TV and bring his pillow close to me and cuddle it

God I miss him

I hear the door open again and I silently groan "Alessandro, baby he'll be back okay just go lay back down"

"Il mio amore" I hear and I instantly sit up

I see Lorenzo standing by the door and I get off the bed and throw myself on him and fling my arms around him

He instantly picks me up by my butt "where were you?" I ask and he sighs "I'm sorry baby I didn't think I would be gone that long" I put my face in his neck and he rubs my butt a little bit

I hop of him and he grabs my jaw and brings me in for a kiss "I'm sorry baby" he kisses my lips gently

I walk over to the bed and sit on it, he comes in between my legs and puts his head in my neck and wraps his arms around my waist, I rub my fingers through his hair and he sighs

"Come on" I say getting off the bed "where are we going?" He asks me tiredly, I tug him into the bathroom and start to run him a bath

I look back at him "strip" he smirks and I say "not like that you perv" I roll my eyes playfully and smile

He pulls his shirt off and I look at his bruised abs and side "it's nothing" he sighs and I say "it doesn't look like nothing" he comes towards me and grabs the side of my head and kisses it softly "I promise it's nothing Darling" I nod and backs away from me

He continues to strip out of his clothes until he is left in nothing, once he is in the tub he visibly relaxes and I sit on top of the sink counter

I just watch him as he closes his eyes and relax in the tub

God I missed him

He holds his hand out "come join me Darling" I smile and hop off the sink counter and strip out of the clothes that are clinging to my body

I grab his hand and he helps me into the bathtub

I lean my back against him and sigh, he rubs my thighs "Alessandro was worried about you" I say closing my eyes, he sighs

We finish our bath in silence and we dry off and put on our undergarments and get into bed "if something were to happen to me, there are arrangements already made" I nod my head "He called me mama today" he sits up and winces from the pain

"If your not ok with that, I will tell him" I shake my head "no it's fine, it... just caught me off guard" I chuckle at how I froze at breakfast

He nods his head and lays back on the pillow "uh ok... I have something I want to discuss with you in the morning" He says and I nod my head "ok just wake me up when you're ready to talk" I turn over

What does he want to talk about?!

I feel him pull me close to him "still playing these games Darling?" He says and I can hear the smirk

I roll my eyes "goodnight Lorenzo" He chuckles "goodnight Darling"
