Third person's POV

Akari was staring at the guy in front of her with her eyes widely open as she was shocked to see him wearing nothing but only a towel wrapped around his waist.

He raised his eyebrow "Who are you? Why are you in my room?"

She can't talk and looks messed up. She hurriedly looked away and went to her area. Her eyes can't even believe she saw a guy topless for the first time, not really the first time but it was her first time to see it ALONE without her friends.

"I'm asking who are you" Hyunjin repeated and he is not even embarrassed

"C-Can you wear c-clothes first?" Akari said while covering her eyes

"Was it your first time to see a guy topless?" Hyunjin asked and stared at her

"No! At least wear something! I'm a girl, you dumb! And who are you?! Why are you here?! My roommate isn't here!" Akari

"I live here, are you dumb? Can you even-" Hyunjin

The door opened and the landlady entered, she was also shocked by Hyunjin but ignored him instead and went to Akari.

"I am sorry. The room that Akari wanted was purchased by another student and she is going to stay here with you" landlady

"That girl will stay with me?" Hyunjin asked and gave out a chuckle "Aren't there any places she can stay at?"

"I have a discount here!" Akari rolled her eyes

"I thought you weren't here so I told Akari to enter but-" landlady

"Shouldn't you tell me first? I am also paying here" Hyunjin

"I'm sorry" landlady bowed

"How rude" Akari whispered

"Whatever" Hyunjin said and went to his bedroom area instead

"I'll give you a tour and give you the rules too" landlady said

Akari just nodded and they both left the room. She was looking around the mini living room of the second floor find it cute but cozy.

"The main floor is where the visitors can wait for the person they want to see, more like a lobby. That is also where you can fill up the form to know that you are here and should sign up to know that you entered already. You can also tell the person in charge if you will stay out or will not go home. This is the living room of second floor. This floor is supposed to be for boys only but there is one room for two girls here who didn't get here before others purchased the last room upstairs. So there are three girls here and the rest are boys" landlady explained and went to the third floor followed by Akari "This is the third floor and mostly are girls here. There is one boy in the room with his girlfriend, so we allowed them. They also have a mini living room here" she added and they both went to the rooftop "This is the rooftop and usually students hang their clothes here"

Akari love how simple the place is but feel comfortable. Everyone seems nice too so she thought she won't have a problem with anyone there. She love the rooftop the most and would probably stay there always.

"There is a curfew of course, 10 pm. If you are not here before or exact 10 pm you will be locked out. We are not gonna allow anyone to open the door for you. Also, there is a general cleaning every weekend and we will check your rooms too. About the living room, there is someone who is cleaning that area so you don't have to worry. Not all students are allowed to hang clothes here at the same time, you all have schedules too. You can ask Hyunjin-" landlady

"Is that his name? Hyunjin?" Akari rolled her eyes, even his name annoys her so much

"Don't worry he is nice. He once had a girl roommate too but the girl left I think 3 months ago? I forgot" landlady

Akari just ignored what she said and think why the girl left. Was it because of that Hyunjin guy or is it something else? They both went downstairs and went to their own direction. Akari went to the room and looked at the place.

"I need to start cleaning this area" Akari said

"You can hire someone" Hyunjin said while wearing earphones and reading a book

"What's the use of your earphones if you can hear me?" Akari

"Why do you care? Are you the one wearing earphones? I gave you an option. You are so ungrateful" Hyunjin

"You are dumb" Akari

"You are stupid" Hyunjin

"Just so you know I hate a guy who talks a lot" Akari said and tied her hair into a messy bun

Hyunjin just rolled his eyes and continued reading. Akari started cleaning the area, the bed, closet and the side table. She started cleaning despite of the clothes she was wearing.

"My previous roommate fell in love with me" Hyunjin asked while looking at the book "I told her I don't like her but she tried to seduce me. It didn't work and told her that I am in a relationship. She got mad and left"

"What should I do? Congratulate you?" Akari annoyingly asked while fixing the bed

"You should be careful" Hyunjin

Akari chuckled "You will fall for me before I do. So you should be careful"
