A hole in the ground is where it started
From beloved home my way was parted
Through wind and weather, night and day
On fields and mountains lead our way
Now done my quest and walked my road
Stood my ground as danger showed
I found new friends and saw them die
Mourned them with a heavy cry
And just these ways that I have gone
Reminded me of where I'm from
Still my time it is to go
Let's see where wind my ship will blow
Farewell the home I knew at last
Farewell my friends and fiends and past
