DIPLOMATIC SECURITY SERVICE HEADQUARTERS
WASHINGTON, D.C.

Hobbs is sitting at his desk as he fills out a report for his latest job.
"You need to look at that," Monica tells him as she places a file on his desk before Hobbs opens the file.
"Berlin, 3:00 a.m. this morning. A team of drivers hijacked a military convoy," Anneliese explains as she sits on his desk.
"Toretto?" Hobbs asks hopeful to actually finish that case.
"Nope," Monica answers him.
"I ain't interested," Hobbs tells her.
"Yes, you are. Keep looking," Anneliese orders him before he opens the file back up. He flips through it until he comes across a picture of Leticia Ortiz. "Do you believe in ghosts?"

MOSCOW

Hobbs pulls up to where several cop cars are gathered.
"Special Agent Hobbs?" A woman says as she walks over to him.
"Riley Hicks," Hobbs says as he takes some files from her.
"You're a little late to the party, Hobbs," Anneliese says as she walks over. She then looks at Riley, having a slight dislike for the woman already.
"I read your file. Top of your class at FLETC. Cairo, Tunis. Youngest RSO ever in Afghanistan. Hell, if you're half as good as you are on paper, we're going to get along just fine," Hobbs tells Riley causing Anneliese to roll her eyes.
"A Russian military caravan attacked, satellite component stolen. Cars just came out of nowhere. Six hospitalized, a dozen vehicles destroyed. All that in under 90 seconds, in and out," Anneliese explains as they walk.
"This is world-class," Riley says.
"Job this good, there's only one crew in the world who could get this done," Hobbs says before they see a crane pulling a cop car out of the side of a building at least two stories high.
"How in the hell did that get up there?" Riley asks as she looks at the car shocked before her phone beeps. "They caught one."
"Where?" Hobbs and Anneliese ask her at the same time.

INTERPOL HEADQUARTERS

"I got you five minutes with this guy," Riley tells them as they walk inside.
"We only need two," Anneliese says with a smirk before she and Hobbs walk into the interrogation room. "I want your boss. Where's Shaw?"
"I ain't telling you shit," The man, Oakes, says as he stands chest to chest with Anneliese .
"I was hoping you would say that," Hobbs tells Oakes before he grabs Oakes, slinging him into the wall. Oakes goes to hit Hobbs but is blocked by Anneliese.
"Is that legal?" The officer, with Riley behind the glass, asks.
"No," Riley answers him with a smirk. Anneliese slams Oakes down on the table, breaking it. "But are you going to go in there and tell them?" Hobbs picks Oakes up, slamming him against the ceiling before dropping him.
"I've got rights, you assholes!" Oakes yells at them.
"Not today," Hobbs tells him before picking him up and throwing him against the glass causing it to crack. Hobbs and Anneliese leave the room a minute later before Riley meets them in the hallway.
"Well, is he talking?" Riley asks them.
"Not anymore," Anneliese answers her with a smirk.
"That room is bugged," Riley tells them. "So, any information you both just beat out of him, Interpol has now."
"Great. Now they can take the morning off. Shaw's in London," Anneliese explains.
"Let's go pick him up," Riley says causing Anneliese to roll her eyes.
"Woman, you just don't pick up Owen Shaw like he's groceries," Hobbs explains. "If you want to catch wolves, you need wolves. Ann, Let's go hunting."

SPAIN

"This is what 100 million buys?" Hobbs asks as he stands a few feet behind Dom. "It wasn't hard to find you, Toretto."
"I wasn't hiding," Dom says as he turns to look at Hobbs.
"How's the life of the retired international criminal?" Hobbs asks as he walks over to Dom.
"I like it here. It's quiet," Dom answers him with a smile. "Nice weather, and no extradition. So what are you doing here, cop?"
"Last Tuesday, a team of highly coordinated drivers took down an entire military convoy in Russia," Hobbs explains.
"I don't do cold weather," Dom tells him.
"I know it wasn't you," Hobbs replies. "But you're going to help me catch the team responsible." Elena walks outside before cocking her gun. "And you ain't gonna need that."
"You can't touch him, Hobbs. You've got no powers..." Elena starts.
"I'm not here to extradite anyone," Hobbs tells her. "See, he's going to come voluntarily. As a matter of fact, he's going to beg me." Dom looks at Hobbs confused. "This was taken a week ago." Hobbs hands Dom a file. "I'll see you out front." Dom opens the file as Elena watches Hobbs walk away. Dom tenses up at the picture he sees.
"It's Letty, isn't it?" Elena asks him as she walks over, looking at the picture.
"It's impossible," Dom says as Elena looks at him shocked.
"If that was my husband, if there was a chance, no matter how small, I would go," Elena says before Dom pulls her into a hug.

Dom walks outside to find Hobbs and Anneliese waiting.
"I'm going to need everything, all the info you got," Dom says as he leans against his car.
"You'll get it when the team gets it," Hobbs tells him.
"No team," Dom says with a shake of his head. "This is going to have to be me alone."
"It's not that simple," Anneliese explains as she shakes her head. "The crew we're after, they hit like thunder and disappear like smoke. You go in alone, you won't ever touch them. We've been chasing this guy across four continents and 12 countries, and believe me, the last damn place I want to be right now is on your front doorstep, selling Girl Scout cookies. I need your help, Dominic. I need your team."
