Demilade just gave him a blank look as he watched him approach.

"I dey." He replied when he was close to him. He hates shouting like Fareed who finds pleasure in talking at top of his voice like it was a normal thing. "Aren't you supposed to be in your office?" He asked as Fareed slumped lazily on the sofa perpendicular to his.

"I get something wey I won show you." He answered in pidgin.

"You could have sent your secretary."

"Yeah. But I needed a break too. Man can not kill himself." He answered his friend.

Demilade said nothing and he leaned back on his chair.

"You get any drink here?"

"Why you no bring am come from your office?" He answered him rolling his eyes.

"I forget." He said with a cocky smile and he stood up and went to Demilade mini bar at a corner of the office. "Demmy when you start drinking Heineken?"

"Dayo loves drinking it and you do too."

They were days like that when he and his friends just sit in his office to talk and drink without going out. He knew all his friends' favorite drinks and he have one or two of them. Even some of his directors whom he fancies and respect.

"Thoughtful of you bro."

He rolled his eyes at his comments. Like he didn't know he have everyone's favorite drink in his bar. He thought.

"Need one?" Fareed asked loudly again.

"For christ sake Reed, stop shouting in my office." He groaned. "And no, I will pass."

"As you wish boss." He spoke sarcastically. Then he heard his approaching footsteps. He appeared beside Demilade with just an opened bottle of Heineken in his hand.

"No cup?"

"Abeg leave cup." He answered and he took a swallow from the bottle. "Demmy, there is the babe I met yesterday. Heck, you should see her. She is damn hot. She carries well."

"What's my problem with that?" Demilade said non chanlantly.

Fareed adventure with women doesn't concern him. He even has no interest in knowing about other women except his girlfriend and mother.

Fareed continued nevertheless. He knew Demilade for his nonchalant attitude about some kinds of stuff and he don't mind. He was used to it. So he didn't stop talking.

"The girl is so hot. And damn good."

"In bed?" And Fareed smirked, drinking from the bottle of his Heineken. "Wait, you met someone yesterday and you go to bed with her. I'm sure it is not a nightstand because you won't be describing the girl's features if she was."

"Bright as ever," Fareed commented, winking at his friend. "I kinda met her during lunch at a restaurant. The girl funny die."

"And how about Amaka?" Demilade asked glaring at his friend.

"Oh! Sorry, I forget to tell you. We broke up." Demilade jerked his face toward him. Then he quirks a brow. "I mean... I broke up with her."

Demilade stared at him, perplexed. He thought his friend will finally be serious about a relationship with his now ex-girlfriend Amaka. He was into the girl. Or probably almost. She was the longest with him ever. Bayo had said she might be the one to tie him down. But it seems like they were all wrong.

"Why? I thought you were getting serious with her." Demilade voice held a surprise.

"Yeah. She got many good qualities. But she wants marriage and nah... I am not ready to be tied down. Not now."
