Okay so when they were young, Levi was 14 and Eula is 12. In the present time, Eula is 18 and Levi was 20. The age gap is 2 years. Eula lost her mother at the age of 13 and has been providing for herself ever since, that's why she was stealing once again.
I have made Levi younger, and might change the original AoT storyline to fit my preference.
I do not own any of the characters in Attack on Titan except for additional OCs I will be including.
