Thanks for reading the ff. I didn't give any character sketch. You will get them in the flow of the fiction. This is Ashwin and Shivangi fanfiction. I have renamed Shivangi as Shivani in the fiction. Hope you enjoy it.. :)

Shoot was over and the director finally called off for the day.

Ashwin and Sharath boarded the flight to Chennai.

"Partner! I am planning to take a short break. Is it possible?"

"how long?" Sharath asked turning to face him.

"2 to 3 weeks?"

"I think it is possible! Shoot is over. Post-production work will last for at least a month. Then you might be needed for promotions. Let me check and tell you!"

"Hmm..." he murmured and closed his eyes.

"Partner...amma ku inform pannitiya?" Sharath questioned disturbing his sleep.

"Illa Partner."

"Romba panra da nee!"

04:00 AM

He had slept only for few hours the entire week put together. His body was crying to sleep. His eyes were red and his entire body ached. Sharath was worried and invited him home but Ashwin insisted to go his own apartment. He entered his apartment using his biometric lock. Lights were dim. He couldn't even muster energy to change. He threw his shirt on the floor , dropped his luggage down as soon as he entered home and crashed on his bed. Sleep engulfed him the next moment.

10:00 AM

The phone was ringing continuously disturbing his sleep. Every part of his body was already aching especially his arms.

'ss..' he hissed in pain and opened his eyes.

The slight movement disturbed her sleep and she lazily opened her eyes. She wasn't lying on her soft pillow. Her head was rested on his strong shoulders. His perfectly toned body made her gasp. She smirked and murmured "Too much of Vijay Devarkonda" and continued to sleep.

"WHAT?" He shook her hard unable to take in what she just did.

She was suddenly woken up from sleep, only to find him furiously staring at her.

"ASHWIN??"

She got up in a haste and started looking for her sweatshirt admist the pile of clothes on the ground.

He picked up the call and answered it.

"I am feeling better Partner! Let me talk to you later."

She wore her sweatshirt and adjusted her hair and he disconnected the call at the same time.

"What are you doing in my bed?" he asked still in daze unable to take in what just happened?

"err..well.." she scratched her head and said "ASHWIN..this is me SHIVANI.."

"So?" he raised his eyebrows

"So.so...I am so sorry..." she murmured her face completely flushed.

"And what were you saying? Vijay Devarkonda? Seriously??" he asked with a pinch of mockery.

"WAIT.. what are you doing here? Your bed? Mr. Ashwin Kumar..I am staying here for the past 6 months with proper consent. And don't you Dare say a word about VIJAY DEVARKONDA" she said in a single breath with her eyes tightly shut

When she opened her eyes, he was extremely close to her.

The next moment, he fell on the bed pulling her with him.

Life is a journey where you stumble and fall
But I'm okay when I lie down in your arms
